I don't believe my programs can currently be downloaded. As you can tell by the fidelity of the audio on some of the programs, I am not too strong on internet technology.

Can I offer a slight criticism? You seem to be interrupting Ms. Mellen a lot and interjecting remarks into her stories. She does run on, but maybe you should let your interviewees wind down.

FWIW, I didn't sense that Alan had interrupted, nor that Joan had felt she had been needlessly.
