Paraguay, Michael Levine's Book and Purchase of Huge Acreage of Land - Divyesh Gopal - 31-03-2016
I recently read Michael Levine's book, "Triangle Of Death" which he considers the events and characters as real (fiction, but nonfiction). Who could he be talking about pertaining to the lady in Paraguay involved in producing genetically modified cocaine plant that would destroy human civilization? Her father was also involved and a very powerful individual.
Futhermore, I heard that George Bush and Angela Merkel purchased huge acreages of land in Paraguay. What is special about Paraguay that prompted these individuals to purchase the land?

Welcome Divyesh. I'm afraid I've not read the book and also that I'm no expert on Paraguay, although I know that Michael Levine was a former DEA agent who was very critical of the CIA involvement in narcotics and the DEA.
My guess about the lady in Paraguay might be pointing towards Countess Zichy-Thyssen who with her husband Count Zichy-Thyssen -- the inheritor of the Thyssen family fortune -- has ranches in Brazil and Paraguay.
I know that the Bush family bought a ranch in Paraguay years ago, but I'm not sure that Merkel has, because so far as I can see this is a rumour going around with no real factual backing.
In regard to your question about Paraguay being special, my guess would be that it dates to the time Paraguay became a bolt hole for the the Nazis who escaped along the Ratlines after WWII. In particular, Paraguay and Brazil were the two countries where Hitler's deputy, Martin Bormann plied his trade after WWII and founded the Bormann Brotherhood who controlled and directed the vast wealth and assets of the post WWII Nazis - of which the Thyssen fortune formed a considerable part, due to the Bormann planned Nazi capital flight programme. But as I say I am guessing about this.

Hi Divyesh, Paraguay is where all the files and archives for Operation Condor were stored. Plan Condor was a multi country network (Chile, Bolivia, Paraguay, Argentina, Uruguay and Brazil and supported by the US) of fascists who would kidnap, murder and torture their own and, as favors, each others selected leftist individuals. Chilean biochemist Eugenio Barrios who worked for Pinochet and Condor in the DINA secret police apart from making sarin, botulism and anthrax also produced a cocaine which had no scent and could there fore be transported very easily and was popular with the DEA. Berrios was supposedly found murdered in Uruguay in 1995. He had escaped there in 1991. General Manuel Contreras, who was the head of DINA during Pinochet's regime, in a court hearing in 2006 about one of the many murders he was charge with made a written statement to the judge that Barrios was alive and working for the DEA and had attended the funeral of close relative in 2004. His lawyer said the body identified as Barrios in 1995 was that of a foreigner. Plenty of German colonies in Paraguay and it was ruled by General Stroessner for decades. I recall some thing about water in Paraguay. Maybe an aquifier or similar.

He mentions to this day she runs this business. Here is the video clip and fast forward to 39:44: https://youtu.be/I9cr2XN60so. It's interesting that her name cannot be found anywhere.

So it appears that Germans (ex-Gestapos) who escaped to South America were the ones that could be held responsible for the rise of cocaine and crack epidemic? Currently, I am reading a book on Klaus Barbie who escaped from France and moved to Bolivia. He formed a group called "Bridegrooms of Death." It appears that Germans had complete control over South America with arms and drug trade. Are there any FOIA documents relating to the above?

I don't have the Countess's first name to hand I'm afraid. But a Google search should work for you. On the crack epidemic I think you would probably be better off reading the Dark Alliance series by Gary Webb and Iran-Contra related material. I've seen nothing to suggest a Nazi hand in those two events, but they were heavily involved in drugs etc in South America. There should be plenty of FOIA material on Iran-Contra. Ditto, on the main players of Webb's story like Danilo Blandon, I should think.
