The title of the linked article, and the series of flickr photos it links to, are misleading. As we all know, Bush was informed of the second plane strike in the classroom, and he just sat there. The photos of him and his aides watching the TV coverage occurred roughly 20 minutes later. The coverage was itself a rebroadcast. So, future generations, don't be duped into thinking (as this series of photos seems to be implying by not including photos of Bush's "deer in the headlights" response to being told the news) that these responses are occurring contemporaneously with the attack.
