Sylvia Odio interview with Fonzi - Jim DiEugenio - 04-11-2016

This is the first interview Odio did after the Warren Report. It was with Gaeton Fonzi of the Church Committee. To me, its still remarkable to read even today.

What she reveals about Wesley Liebeler, what he told her about Warren's instructions about the cover up, and what he tried on her in his hotel room is really something. But that is what the Warren Commission was all about.

Maurice Ferre was also persident of Mauley industries, I'm not sure if I'm spelling it correctly, Oido's brother worked there, Cesar.

Ferre was also the major financial sponsor of CU.

NAVARRO was Ferre's secretary, and, Ramon Orosco was his bodyguard.

Mauley was a CIA front who also owned the junkyard behind Bob's used auto parts in Medley.

IMO, the important thing about Odio's Cuban ties is her association with JURE, which was Manuelo Ray's group.

Ray was both the smartest, and the most liberal of Castro's enemies while he was in Cuba. In fact, he had a top job as a structural engineer.

The Kennedys and Schlesinger liked Ray because he was a liberal, especially when compared to some of the right-wingers that Howard Hunt had recruited e.g. Manuel Artime. Hunt despised Ray. He called his ideas Castrosim without Fidel. But the Kennedys pushed him into the forefront. Hunt left the Zapata operation over this, but only ostensibly.

On the day of the invasion, two interesting things happened. Hunt was at CIA HQ along with Phillips, getting instant radio updates.

Hunt's alleged Cuban government called the CRC, which now included Ray, was held prisoner in a Miami airfield, under armed guard. Turns out, this was the beginning of Operation Forty.

That is why the Cubans were at Odio's door 8 weeks before the assassination. Because of her association with Ray, which went back to her father, who Castro was holding prisoner on the Isle of Pines.

There is a lot I have to say about this, but I'll keep most of it under my hat for now, also, there couldn't have been too much going on in way of raido updates due to the fact the CIA had cut all radio transmission and Osvaldo Cello who was on the ship Barbara J told others in the brigade this story.

When the ships were about to reach Cuban waters president Kennedy had order radio silence this is also most likely due so no one would know anything about the delaying the A4 Skyhawks, no one in the brigade would know.

We know that the ship Barbara J was infact a ship named after George Bush's wife, J being the middle name of Barbara which is Jean.

In his book Give us this Day, Hunt refers to these messages on pages 200-209.

He also refers to teletype messages coming into Quarter's Eye, the War Room for Zapata.

Like many things about Zapata, JFK did not know anything about Operation Forty. But clearly, the Cubans and the CIA did. Because one of the first people to tell Schelsinger about it was journalist Sam Halper who was on the Cuban exile beat back then. And Hunt also knew about it.

This is why I think the Cubans were at Sylvia's door. Because she was a part of Ray's political group. Also, they said they were also part of JURE, and knew who her and her father both were.

I advise everyone to read this, its just so full of info the WC did not get out of her. I mean, John Martino, and that Lucy Connell woman who is suspicious as heck.

Other groups such as DRE and AC Accion Cubana worked with JURE, but only one other group signed a unity agreement with JURE and that was CU.

Food for thought, JURE was dissolved in August 1968, according to the FBI, CU was birth in 1969. How could JURE and CU sign a "unity agreement"? CU, according to the FBI was birth in 1969, but, Navarro and others were members of ©ubana (U)nidad and Accion Cubana that goes back to 1962, members out of these groups birth CU, Cubanos Unidos.

It's all in my new update.

When CU came to an end in September 1974 a sub-group M7 was birth, Aldo Vera was suppose to report on this group no one knew about including Vera.

The group M7 would later be re-organized, and was given the name Omega7. This group was organized in October 1974.

Two years after Vera viewed the photos Kaiser showed him, Vera was killed in Puerto Rico.

This story no one knows, and it gets fully exposed.
