Sad news indeed. Bernice and I were longtime friends, but had not been in contact in the last few years. She had one of the largest photo and information collections on JFK and related, and I wonder what will happen to that now. She was most kind to me in sharing what information, photos, articles and more that she had. I owe her a great debt in my research efforts over the years. As I remember she lived in Canada. If anyone locates an obituary, kindly post or post the url. Very sad news .... More later.

She has been ill for sometime according to Terry Mauro. RIP to a gracious lady.

Bernice Moore - LR Trotter - 27-03-2017

I have now learned that the 2nd of my two forum friends has passed away. As well as another very smart and quite gracious lady. Bernice Moore is, and will continue to be, missed.

Bernice Moore - Don Jeffries - 27-03-2017

This is such sad news. In a community filled with large egos and difficult personalities, Bernice Moore stood out in stark contrast. She was unfailingly kind and reasonable, always sharing photos and other information with everyone.

She will be sorely missed by the research community. My condolences to her family.

Bernice Moore - Albert Doyle - 27-03-2017

May the afterlife positively judge her for the truths she stood for...I hope she's having tea with JFK right now in a sunny garden...

Bernice Moore - Cliff Varnell - 27-03-2017

I was wondering the other day where she'd been...Such a sweet, helpful disposition...You're truly missed Bernice, R.I.P.

Bernice Moore - Jim DiEugenio - 28-03-2017

She was such a neat person, and she did a lot of really good work. She will be missed.

Who will fill the void Bernice leaves, in either the example she set through the way she conducted herself or her contributions to the knowledge base?

Bernice's posts were of substance, support, assistance.

For some reason, there is a disclaimer informing me that I do not have permission to edit my own post.

I wanted to correct the link to Bernice's obituary....

So like Bernice not to offer her login to direct surrogates to post here on her behalf. She posted only by herself here and under her own name. We will miss you,Bernice.
