The Three Failed Plots to Kill Kennedy, Pt 2 - Jim DiEugenio - 27-09-2018 Paul Bleau expands his original thesis with new information about places not mentioned in the first part. I find this really interesting material. There was no way JFK was going to make it out of 1963. And they did not want to kill him in a campaign year. https://kennedysandking.com/john-f-kennedy-articles/the-three-failed-plots-to-kill-jfk-part-2 The Three Failed Plots to Kill Kennedy, Pt 2 - James Lateer - 28-09-2018 I would be interested if Mr. DiEugenio or other knowledgeable authors think it possible that the Presidential Candidacy of Barry Goldwater was part of the plan, at least on the back burner for the plotters who killed JFK. According to my recollection, the book "JFK: The Man Or The Myth" was appearing mysteriously on supermarket checkout lines a month or two before the assassination. That author was Victor Lasky. That would seem to fit the time frame of people who were looking over the intermediate-term future which might follow the JFK murder. I know that Judge Robert Morris was one of 25 people on the initial "draft-Goldwater" committee and that the Buckley brothers were never far away from such dealings. I don't think I have ever come across any opinion on a Goldwater-JFK connection. James Lateer The Three Failed Plots to Kill Kennedy, Pt 2 - Scott Kaiser - 29-09-2018 Quote:Mary Ferrell Foundation) which centered on three previous plots (L.A., Chicago and Tampa) to assassinate JFK Yes, but, the OTHER place reseachers seem to overlook, or, perhaps never heard of was a plot to kill Jack in New York, how this can be overlooked, not mentioned, or simply ignored is beyond me. The Three Failed Plots to Kill Kennedy, Pt 2 - Scott Kaiser - 30-09-2018 Jimmy D. with all of your benevolent wisdom and unchoreographed displays of research it's almost as if I'm appealing to the highest court in the land, in this community of research! How can you possibly leave out New York??? That is the question!? The Three Failed Plots to Kill Kennedy, Pt 2 - Richard Coleman - 17-10-2018 Jim DiEugenio Wrote:Paul Bleau expands his original thesis with new information about places not mentioned in the first part. A small quibble: Barry Sheppard, as described in the article was never the national leader of the SWP. He was part of what might be called the "inner circle", officially called the Political Committee. The "leader" (I refer to him as Jackie Gleason used to say as the "Grand High Exalted Mystic Ruler) then and still today was and remains Jack Barnes. Sheppard functioned at times as a hatchet man for Barnes and eventually was driven out as were many others during a convulsive shift in the party's identity and politics. It has become what many regard as a cult with perhaps 200 members, and that's being generous. Too bad.:: |
