This is great Jan. Thanks for the link. I didn't get to watch it until now. I wonder if it will play out like that in the US or UK?

The most recent debt in Argentina was incurred by the military dictatorship in the 1970's. They, the military brass, should pay for it. The banks, all of them, should forfeit any money as the government was not legitimate and had no authority to solicit or receive any money. It is an insult to any Argentinan who suffered to have to pay a cent for the dictatorship. On top of that the rulers where in cahoots with the multinationals and the multinationals dumped all their debts on Argentina too. Poor Argentina has to pay for the Generals and the multinationals. There really is no Argentinian debt to speak of if one is being honest here. But then we are talking about banking, IMF, World Bank aren't we?

Menem works the room like a tent show preacher selling kool aid doesn't he?
