Here's something else:

A letter from the US Post Office to author/researcher Stewart Galanor in response to an inquiry he made about post office boxes.

The Post Office said that "mail addressed to a person at a post office box, who is not authorized to receive mail, shall be endorsed 'addressee unknown' and returned to sender when possible."

Under postal regulations, "Hidell" could not have received any weapons at Box 2915.
