CIA Deliberately Destroyed Interrogation Tapes

The ACLU released documents last week gained through a FOIA request the other that show clearly that the CIA deliberately destroyed interrogation tapes because they knew what the tapes showed was illegal and would cause great damage to the agency if released. The memos released show CIA officials discussing that fact and talking about how the tapes should be destroyed.:alberteinstein:
