Three other defendants who have already pleaded guilty will get the opportunity to withdraw their pleas. The request for the dismissal was signed by U.S. Department of Justice Civil Rights Division attorney Daniel H. Weiss. The dismissal comes 11 months after the government dropped a similar case against brothers Alec and Mike Sou of Aloun Farms in the middle of trial. The Global Horizons case had been scheduled for trial next month. |
