Boring....and how likely just a photocopy...it doesn't even seem like a real or official document, other than one, perhaps from the WH Press Secretaries office...so it is misrepresented.

Okay, I see, it is an official announcement that Behn replaces Rowley as head of the White House Detail, but not signed by JFK, which would have made it valuable. I wonder if it's Jerry Blaine or his wife selling off the stash of documents he's kept in boxes under his bed?
