Flashback to March 2003

Back in March of 2003, two world leaders, from supposed democracies Canada and Australia, addressed their respective parliaments voicing their support for the illegal invasion of Iraq. Stephen Harper and Australian Prime Minister John Howard delivered almost identical speeches, word for word. Did one simply copy the other thinking no one would notice (unlikely) or did someone outside both countries write both scripts? This is the nature of globalist propaganda; to create the illusion of a universal consensus.
