I haven't watched the tapes yet but the feed back I am getting from many places is that it is not showing Jackie in a good light at all. What was Caroline thinking....??? I know it was quid pro quo for pulling the dreadful Kennedy series but is this any better? "Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to open one's mouth and remove all doubt" is what comes to mind with these tapes. It must have been Jackie's thoughts until she died as she had until then to withdraw them revise them or edit them. Mmmm...I have a lot to watch and listen to this week end.

yes the reviews are not sounding good, abc are now wondering lol, if nbc by letting info out of what the tapes contained weeks early,on the web, and they deliberately did, put the kabosh on it, imo i am wondering, seeing abc did edit the tapes, well,picked the worse of the lot for showing, after all it is leading up to the 50th, and abc has been a part of all the only L/N desease..so putting her, the beloved jackie in a bad light could be looked upon as downing a part of the great jfk Kennedy adm...which many consistently try to....i can understand some harshness re government and some involved in such on her part at that time only a few months after she lost her husband, but i do think the tapes have shown only her bitcchy snob side and were intended to.....i really no no but that is what i am thinking right now.but that could change quickly..but i just cannot trust any of those mockingbirds.:panic:.b
