Hancock believes that the mechanics who shot JFK were members of the Anti-Castro, Cuban exiles, associated with the AMOTS and operation 40.
To qoute him from page 167

a key cover for the entire conspiracy. If any of the tactical team were killed or taken into custody, an investigation would quickly reveal a secret of immense
national security-a multi year US Government effort to kill the leader of another country. Investigation of that would lead to William Harvey, to ZR/RIFLE an dto the entire history of the CIA and US President's acceptance of foreign political assassinations."
He seems to implicate in the conspiracy, people like, Roy Hargraves, Felipe Vidal Santiago, John Martino, Rip Robertson, John Rosselli, William Harvey and David Morales.
