Democracy is Dead, Long Live the Markets! - Jan Klimkowski - 13-11-2011 For centuries, the cry of the Royalists, with their belief in divine rule, in the superiority of their blood, has been: Le Roi est mort, vive le Roi! The cry "The King is Dead, Long Live the King" was uttered for the first time when Charles VII replaced his father, Charles VI, on the French throne. Power is Immortal. Our political leaders and cultures tell us now that Democacy, not royal blood, is King. They argue that Democracy is the resonant uber-good philosophy that all peoples must aspire to. Indeed, our leaders tell us that Arabs protesting in the streets are a wonderful sign of spiritual evolution. It shows that even those backward "towel heads" (in the racist language of western grunts) are "capable" of developing Democracy. Yet in Europe and America, it is clear that Democracy is now Dead. Protests in the streets of Europe and north America are treated not a sign of Democracy, but instead are the subject of brutal policing and agent provocateur infiltration designed to discredit their causes. Why? Because the protests threaten the real Power structures hiding behind their masks of Democracy and Meritocracy. The rapacious ponzi schemes and greed-driven speculation of global financial capitalism have created trillions of dollars of debt that can never be repaid. It is, quite simply, impossible to repay the money that has been magicked out of thin air and provided as credit. And so this cherished Democracy, used to justify bloody intervention in geopolitically important and resource rich countries, is revealed as a scam. A psyop. Cover for Wars of Blood for Treasure. The "highly evolved" democratic states of Europe and North America are not allowed to exercise meaningful democratic practices, such as holding an election to choose political representatives or a referendum to agree major structural change. We see that the King is not Democracy. The King is global market capitalism and the faux billionaires it has created. Greece's government is overthrown, not by an election or a military coup, but by a decision taken by a few faceless autocrats, and replaced by a committee of "technocrats". Italy's government is overthrown, not by an an election or a military coup, but by a decision taken by a few faceless autocrats, and replaced by a committee of "technocrats". Who are these "technocrats"? The Mechanics working for the Facilitators who work for the Sponsors. The Enforcers of the Robber Barons who work for the true Kings. The lackeys who will do the bidding of global market capitalism's Billionaires. Their "austerity programmes" involve slashing benefits and pensions, halving salaries, making millions unemployed, pumping hundreds of billions of faux money into slush funds with fancy names (TARP, EFSF), which enable the market speculators to gorge on yet more profits. The Economic Shock Therapy described by Naomi Klein has arrived in Europe, and the technocrats have turned the juice up to 11. Global capitalism is Dead, Long Live Global Capitalism. As Bertolt Brecht wrote of Hitler and Nazism: Do not rejoice in his defeat, you men. For though the world has stood up and stopped the bastard, the bitch that bore him is in heat again. Democracy is Dead, Long Live the Markets! - Magda Hassan - 13-11-2011 I am sure there is a documentary taking form about this very thing inside Adam Curtis as I read this angryfire:director: Democracy is Dead, Long Live the Markets! - Harry Dean - 14-11-2011 Jan Klimkowski Wrote:For centuries, the cry of the Royalists, with their belief in divine rule, in the superiority of their blood, has been: THEY {globalists} They have made of Democracy a perennial fraud They who first shunned our Constitutional mode, They sieged faint hearts with brute economic rod They have set our minds and feet on a global road, They, the creators of chaos, and devious solutions They the few, Masters of All world conditions. {c} Harry j. Dean Democracy is Dead, Long Live the Markets! - Danny Jarman - 14-11-2011 Great post Jan. So true. The people of the protests and demonstrations in Arab lands are conveyed as couragous hero's and brave revolutionaries. While the ones here are talked down on with scorn and contempt and are met with rubber bullets, beatings, intimidation and countless arrests. I can see the unrest in Greece spreading to many more countries in the "Eurozone". Democracy is Dead, Long Live the Markets! - Vasilios Vazakas - 14-11-2011 Is it a coincidence that both the new Greek Prime Minister Lucas Papademos and Italy's Monti are both members of the Trilateral Commission? Monti is not only a member but the European Chairman of that commision.
