I've spent more time in Belgium than many, and can assure you the food it about the best in the world, a few old cities are spectacular - but the rest of the country seems dull and very bourgeois. Yet, this strange and small country keeps turning out strange murders, sex crimes and more - way out of proportion to its size and population. They like to think of themselves for their haut cuisine, beer and fried potatoes. Others see them differently.

Just heard disturbing news, if it turns out to be true, that the location of the shooting there were usually several police on duty; the day of the shooting there were apparently NONE!
