This clip is from the 1956 episode "Eva Purged" of ZIV Television's I Led 3 Lives (which ran from 1953-1956) starring Richard Carlson as Herbert A. Philbrick - citizen, communist and counterspy. Here Mrs. Eva Philbrick (Virginia Stefan) is evaluated for her fitness to remain in the Party by Comrade Karen (Mary Lou Hennessy) and Comrade Phil Buter (Joseph Sargent)
"The philosophers have only interpreted the world, in various ways. The point, however, is to change it." Karl Marx

"He would, wouldn't he?" Mandy Rice-Davies. When asked in court whether she knew that Lord Astor had denied having sex with her.

This clip is from the the first pilot (there were two pilot episodes) of ZIV Television's I Led 3 Lives (which ran from 1953-1956) starring Richard Carlson as Herbert A. Philbrick - citizen, communist and counterspy. Here, the ever panicky Philbrick sits through a particularly eventful communist cell meeting.
