Look Up In The Sky - Its A BigMac, No Its A Bilderberger
#6
"That line about government being of the people, for the people, and by the people doesn't mention a ruling class does it?"

Nor, does it mention that the "people" it is referring to, only pertains to the "landed gentry" of that era.

The people who drew up The Declaration of Independence and The U.S. Constitution, held slaves and had indentured servants building and working their "landed" plantations. The words of those documents weren't meant to include people of color, or the poorer white dregs of Europe, brought over here to work as their servants.

This is what made MLK's, "I Have A Dream" speech all the more powerful, yet poignant when he spoke the words, "...that ALL men are created equal."

"The power of accurate observation is commonly called cynicism by those who have not got it."
George Bernard Shaw (1856-1950) Irish writer.
