Total Immoral Insanity!!! ::face.palm:: The Bulletin of Atomic Scientists doesn't agree that anyone can 'win' any such war....and believe that all of life on Earth would loose by any of the many possible scenarios. Only a few strikes anywhere could cause nuclear winter; it is believed both sides have doomsday devices that would at their leisure fire or just explode in place if the computers felt they had been tactically defeated; even nuclear weapons that don't explode as a nuclear device [but are hit by anti-missile missiles] contain highly radioactive materials which would be turned into radioactive dust to be spread all over the planet by the winds. Madness, nothing but madness!!!...but well within the though parameters of the Military.
