CIA precursory types from the OSS had been working with paperclipped Nazis who had been scouring the world looking for grail and whatever they hoped to find in Antarctica and Tibet [see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ahnenerbe ], the Ark was rumored to be in a Coptic church in Egypt, and then apparently there was operation cornflake involving forgeries authorized by "Wild Bill".... :trytofly:
