BP has just applied for new drilling permits in the same area as the Deep Water Horizon disaster....and will likely have them granted. Meanwhile, tar balls and oil slicks still wash ashore; hundreds of thousands of tons of crude oil are still in the sediments; clean-up workers get increasingly ill; many damaged by the spill have never been compensated or fully compensated. Business as usual......
