Given what was posted from elsewhere in the thread about the in-her-BMW death of Obama's legislative aide's wife, her functions, and George Soros' ties to energy investments (also of interest to Giffords), (and the availability of what PD Scott has so aptly called the condottieri (former elite military mercenaries), then we have to put a theory of a rogue privateer shooter on the list too. We are in a era of what John Robb [ http://globalguerrillas.typepad.com/ ] would call open source warfare.
