This for me is the key to 911 in its entirety - having intelligence of what was to happen and doing nothing about it, thus "facilitating" the 911 attacks in order to advance their own foreign policy and business goals.
The shadow is a moral problem that challenges the whole ego-personality, for no one can become conscious of the shadow without considerable moral effort.
