Yes, the parallels with OK-City are many. To most of the Public McVeigh seemed guilty, but the others involved were never sought nor caught - to understand how he was likely LED to do some small things that others piggy-backed on to do BIG things. 911 is likely like that too - and the 'Arab pilots' were as surprised as the rest of us when a test of air security they were participating in turned into something much more ominous.
