Kaiser took Poyle out to his car and showed him some round things wrapped up in tinfoil, Kaiser told Poyle it was dynamite. Kaiser had been impersonating himself as an officer in 1971, and in 1976 after Kaiser's return from Israel, he again visited Puerto Rico. In 1973 the "Black Legion" showed Aldo Vera some photographs, and in 1976 just as the HSCA got started, Aldo Vera's car was blown up in Puerto Rico.
