It turns out that the letter alleging an assault by Kavanaugh wasn't the only potential evidence sent to California senator Feinstein. A whistleblower reached out in July to Feinstein and Sen. Charles Grassley to say that there are federal court employees willing to speak to investigators about what Kavanaugh knew regarding the pattern of sexual harassment by his mentor, Judge Alex Kozinski. Kavanaugh said under oath that he knew nothing about the allegations against Kozinski but a timeline of their history challenges that idea.
