Magda - thank you for posting. It is an interesting piece, but David and I have had much to say about the very spooky Ambrose Evans-Pritchard over the years, and addiitonally he has a very specific monetarist position.
As for SocGen, recent stock market history suggests that when a firm's analysts recommend one course of action to clients, the traders often profit by taking the opposite position.
Of course, both SocGen and AEP may very well be correct about imminent global financial collapse.
