Court Rules Against NSA's Illegal Spying, Illegal NSA Spying Continues
#2
A small legal victory, I fear will be ignored. There have been a few other such...to NO effect. The Administration will probably appeal it - and the Supreme (sic) Court is always sure to back the National Security / Corporate State. In fact, in an illegal legal (sic) way, I believe secretly the Executive believes it has the right to do this via secret Presidential signing statements - one of the most pernicious aspects of the current form of undemocracy. Some are public, some are secret. We live under a cryptocracy, and they 'ain't about to let that change - whatever some judge says. Confused:
"Let me issue and control a nation's money and I care not who writes the laws. - Mayer Rothschild
"Civil disobedience is not our problem. Our problem is civil obedience! People are obedient in the face of poverty, starvation, stupidity, war, and cruelty. Our problem is that grand thieves are running the country. That's our problem!" - Howard Zinn
"If there is no struggle there is no progress. Power concedes nothing without a demand. It never did and never will" - Frederick Douglass
