Surprisingly, even some right-wing financial analysts have pointed-out that this change is illegal [not to mention immoral]! Only Congress is authorized to change the tax laws! Amazing how fast things are going in the direction of down for the average person......and despite the 'crisis', up for the ultra-rich - almost as if it had been planned.....
Are most out there aware that under the Shrub Admonsteration the bankruptchy laws were changed such that [to name just one small part] someone with one home would likely have to sell it and use the assets to pay off part of one's debts - but someone with multiple homes likely would loose none of them - or at the worst only one!....how obscene is that?! And it continues........ the bail-out should be renamed the bail-up!
Add to this I expect Bush to make the most massive pardons before leaving office - for the Wars; for 911; for the economic crisis; for all his economic class....and leave the rest of us with NOTHING and no one to go after - it will be left to international courts only.
If the American Public doesn't wake-up to what has been going on against their interests now, then they never will [IMO].....anyone wanna place some bets?
