Are you sure Tracy? in Dallas?
He was in Dallas thru early April 1963... the FPCC was in NOLA, not Dallas and his arrest and leafletting was in July/Aug 1963 after he stops working for Reily.
At this point we really must accept that Marina would do or say anything needed to incriminate her husband...
Plus we already know that the ammo was different and others were seen... Oswald had nothing to do with this... and all the Evidence suggests a conspiracy to tie it to Oswald... not that he actually did it.
