Yes, his biological father was a diplomat. His mother and father divorced when he was one or so. They were in the UK at the time and returned to Norway. His mother is a nurse. His father has 3 children from a previous marriage. He remarried another Norwegian woman who became the Vice Consul in Paris. I believe they are both retired now but live in France still. He had regular contact with his son till he was about 15 years old. His mother remarried too. He was a captain (or major, I'll have to check) in the Norwegian military. Now spends most of his time in Thailand with prostitutes according to Anders.
