I'm still trying to work out the lay of the land with regards to military style training camps there which certainly exist but who runs them? 400 people were arrested there yesterday. It is in the process of being destabilised. Has been for several years now bur there looks to be a more serious effort going on this time. Lukashenko is old school soviet and there is still collective farms and such operating there in much of the land. One reason for the destabilisation. Privitisation calls...
