I'm quite certain he was. There is Peter Dale Scott's article that Jan and I contributed some research to which is posted here earlier in the thread. I had a contact who was a close friend of Milorad Ulemik and he was taking holidays to go visit his friend in jail who was to ask him some questions for me however he had a heart attack shortly before his visit and ended up spending his holidays in hospital. But I always wondered where that might have led. I will follow that up again one day.
