I was under the impression that "A Clockwork Orange" was based upon London's Tavistock [correction brought to my attention, courtesy of Jan Klimkowski. TM] Institute, a behavioral and/or psy-ops center, in line with MKUltra's centers at UCLA, Harvard, and MIT.
