US American convicted for abusing underage Cambodian boys

A Cambodian court has sentenced an American man to 10 years in prison for sexually abusing two minors. The man is Philip Bruce Shepard, 69, a doctor from Michigan.

The Phnom Penh Municipal Court convicted Mr Shepard on Wednesday "for purchasing child prostitution" with two boys, aged 12 and 15, prosecutor Ek Chheng Huot told AFP. The man will be deported back to the US after serving his jail term.

The man was working at a private children's hospital in Phnom Penh, the capital of Cambodia, a kingdom located in Southeast Asia. The boys' parents had filed a complaint to police who monitored the man's movements and arrested him in July on his way to work, according to the Associated Press.

The anti-paedophile group Action Pour Les Enfants (Action for the Children, APLE) provided legal counsel for the victims and information to the police. APLE first began monitoring the US doctor in 2007 when he was seen walking into a hotel with two underage boys.

Poverty and poor law enforcement turned Cambodia into a magnet for foreign pedophiles, both Asians and Westerners. Anyway, in recent years police and courts have increasingly targeted sex offenders and the Kingdom is not longer a pedophile's haven. Newspapers routinely publish lists of names of local and foreign pedophiles found guilty and condemned for the infamous crime.

Although rich in natural resources, decades of war and internal conflict turned Cambodia into a poverty-stricken land. Today, Cambodia is one of the poorest nations on earth. On average, a Cambodian earns less than $1,000 a year. The majority of the population survives working on the rice fields, but some of the poorest are landless. 4.8 million people out of a total of 14 million live on less than a dollar a day. About 90 percent of the poor live in rural areas. Among them, only 18 percent have access to health services, and only half have drinking water.

There is a very sordid background story going on in Cambodia right now. In summary, a Russian businessman named Alexander Trofimov was released from jail last week at the request of Action Pour Les Enfants, a Soros-backed NGO as well as fourteen other NGOs who demanded his release and expulsion from Cambodia which amounted to a gargantuan NGO-led rescue maneuver of a very wealthy and elite-connected pedophile - the Soros-funded NGO groups saw to it that the monarch and prime minister of Cambodia let Trofimov go and even protected him from prosecution in Russia for pedophile crimes committed there.

What is so special about this particular pedophile? He was kicked out of Russia for serially raping a lot of 9- and 10-year-old girls and keeping them as sex slaves. He landed in Cambodia, launched a Russian shell corporation which acted as organizer on behalf of the US and built a $300 million resort on Snake Island where he was arrested with 19 child sex slaves he kept there, 14 of whom testified against him. Then there was absolute silence, the Soros groups stepped in with a lot of background negotiations, the elites appealed for his early release, shielded him from extradition to Russia (which is demanding he be returned and jailed in Russia for countless raped small girls there) and the Soros NGOs escorted him out of Cambodia last week. Donate to Soros humanitarian NGOs, their humanitarian work includes buying the freedom of elite pedophiles.

What was this Snake Island resort he built for US elites where he was arrested which was so filled with child sex slaves? Another child rape playground for the elites? Judging from the immense protection coming from the highest levels who even involved Cambodia's PM and monarchy all the way down to Rothschilds sending their help via Soros-funded NGOs to get him out of prison early and protect him from charges in other countries, this was something big that must be protected. Various links here: link and about Trafimov's general business dealings, this link here.

Here is Alexander Trofimov with one of his "adopted" children - it was proven in Cambodian court that he had "adopted" dozens of child sex slaves who lived with him on this Snake Island, Cambodia compound. What interest do the Soros NGO groups, who mounted massive efforts to rescue him, have in protecting this man?

Trial opens in Cambodia's largest paedophilia case
PHNOM PENH (AFP) — A Russian businessman accused of sexually abusing at least 19 Cambodian girls went on trial Tuesday in the country's largest-ever paedophilia prosecution.

Alexander Trofimov was arrested last October after six girls and their parents filed complaints with the police accusing the 41-year-old of abusing them.

Since then, 13 more girls have filed complaints against Trofimov, a high-profile figure in the seaside town of Sihanoukville, where the alleged crimes are believed to have occurred. The girls are aged between 11 and 18.

Trofimov has been charged with debauchery, a criminal charge covering a wide range of sex offenses that carries a 20-year penalty.

One alleged victim, a 14-year-old girl, told Phnom Penh municipal court on Tuesday that Trofimov forced her to have unprotected sex with him four times.

"I was in pain and crying when he had sex with me," she said.

Trofimov has denied the accusation, saying he does not know her.

But prosecutor Sok Kalyan told the court that an investigation into the girl's claims had turned up large amounts of evidence against Trofimov.

The court expects to rule Friday on the 14-year-old's claims. More trials stemming from the other cases were expected, court officials said.

Trofimov is chairman of the Koh Pos Investment Company, which in 2006 received permission to build a 300-million-dollar resort on Koh Pos, or Snake Island, an area Cambodia is trying to develop as a luxury tourist destination.

Sihanoukville has gained a reputation as a haven for paedophiles drawn to the easy access to young beachside vendors.

Dozens of foreigners have been jailed for child sex crimes or deported to face trial in their home countries since Cambodia launched an anti-paedophilia push in 2003.

While lauding the government's efforts to fight child sex crimes, officials, including foreign diplomats, have urged authorities to also target Cambodian paedophiles, who are thought to make up more than half of all sex offenders.

This was the trial in 2008 - he is a free man as of last week and protected from pedophilia charges in Russia also, compliments of the Soros NGOs who claim they did it for the children (nothing was done for the children but they got him out of prison to protect Cambodian children from him??? There are not likely little girls in Cambodian prison - the whole thing was a charade which served under NGO child protection cover to get a big fish pedophile out of prison and protect him from further prosecution. He has vanished into thin air since his release last week and likely is sipping mai tais with 8-year-olds in yet another elite compound somewhere, considering the forces which got him out of prison and involved the monarch and PM of Cambodia personally for his release. It looks like he is the Marc Dutroux of Cambodia but this one got away and is likely doing it again somewhere else, protected by the highest elites. There is a good history in the drop-down text under the above video of this case also.

Note that Snake Island in Cambodia, the beach resort of Sihanoukville and its ultra-luxury resort of Sokha Beach are a notorious spot for pedophile activity of the elite kind. Look who else has one of their fanciest personal playground compounds in Sokha Beach pedo heaven: Domaines Barons de Rothschild, Sihanoux Ville, Sokha Beach. It should not be a surprise that the 14 largest NGOs under Soros worked tirelessly to free and protect this man who essentially built a $300 million US-funded pedophile compound with US money and international elite clients. I would not be surprised to find Rothschild or IMF funding for the Cambodian pedo compound considering the world we live in.

    Silvija (☺)
Oh, and BTW, the Soros-funded NGO group Action Pour Les Enfants took physical custody of all the raped Trofimov children and all the little girls vanished from view since then.

November 11, 2008 -- Cambodian police chief linked to human trafficking dies in helicopter crash

On November 4, 2008, WMR reported: "WMR learned during our recent trip to Asia that Cambodia's top police official recently tapped on the shoulder one influential American who supports local orphanages that he is no longer welcome in Cambodia. Pressure was brought to bear on the notoriously-corrupt Cambodian police by Norodom Monineath Sihanouk, the Cambodian Mother and wife of ex-King Norodom Sihanouk. An orphanage once financially supported by the American in question was used to procure children, mostly young boys between the ages of eight and fourteen, for sex parties in Phnom Penh, the Cambodian capital."

On November 9, General Hok Lundy, the Cambodian police chief cited in our November 4 report, was killed in a helicopter crash in Svay Rieng province in the country's southeast. The pilot, co-pilot, and a Cambodian army general were also killed in the crash.

On February 7, 2008, WMR reported: "WMR has learned that pre-teen child trafficking and prostitution is now rampant in Cambodia and that the trafficking is known and abetted by French and U.S. intelligence agencies operating out of the French and American embassies in Phnom Penh. A recent visit by FBI director Robert Mueller to Phnom Penh that coincided with the opening of an FBI office in the Cambodian capital stressed Cambodia's cooperation in the 'war on terror.' Child trafficking was not discussed. In fact, Mueller's Cambodian counterpart, Hok Lundy, the chief of the Cambodian National Police, has been accused of involvement in human trafficking, including children. Lundy was granted a visa by the US Department of State to visit Washington despite having been refused previous visas due to the trafficking charges against him.

The US State Department has a major conflict of interest when it comes to child trafficking, whether in Cambodia, Chad, or elsewhere, particularly in Southeast Asia. Deputy Secretary of State and former Director of National Intelligence John Negroponte has a personal conflict of interest in the matter of the abuse of children in Southeast Asia, particularly Cambodia. In addition to his own personal conflict of interest, Negroponte has turned a blind eye to the involvement of senior US diplomats in the sexual abuse of children in Southeast and South Asia."

Russian pedophile case riles rights groups in Cambodia
    by keeping_it_riel » Thu Aug 26, 2010 5:09 pm
    By Prak Chan Thul

PHNOM PENH (Reuters) - A Russian businessman accused of sexually abusing 17 children in Cambodia's largest-known pedophile case had his sentence reduced to eight years from 17 on Thursday in an appeal that riled human rights advocates.

Lawyers for Alexander Trofimov, 43, who is also wanted by Interpol and Russia for suspected sex offences, said there was no solid evidence to prove he had abused 17 girls while working as a director of a holiday resort company.

The judge said Trofimov paid as little as $5 and as much as $2,000 for sex with girls from 2006 to 2007 in Cambodia's seaside Preah Sihanouk province but reduced the sentence because he apologized and, as a foreigner, did not know the local laws.

Trofimov is the highest-profile case brought to court since Cambodia launched an anti-pedophile drive three years ago to ditch its reputation as a haven for foreign child abusers. The number of victims makes it the largest on record.

"The court's decision is surprising. The public will have difficulty accepting this," Noun Phanith, lawyer for the victims, told reporters. "Eight years is unacceptable."

The move comes as Cambodia, a country blighted by poverty, corruption, human rights abuses and a thriving sex industry, seeks to clean up its image and attract foreign investment.

Since 2008, 64 suspected pedophiles, mostly foreigners, have been arrested, with 45 convictions so far, according to Action Pour Les Enfants (APLE), a French group working closely with Cambodia's police to track sex offenders.

Bith Kimhong, head of Cambodia's Anti-Human Trafficking and Juvenile Protection Department, said there was a worrying trend of sex and rape involving children but that Cambodia was committed to stamping out a crime that was hurting its image.

"We want the offender to stay in prison for a long time. That is our work. But the sentence is the court's authority," he said.

Trofimov was executive director of Koh Puos Investment Group until his arrest in 2007 and lived in Sihanoukville, a beach town infamous for child prostitution and a magnet for pedophiles driven out of neighboring countries after similar crackdowns.

His company was leading a $300 million resort and shopping development for an island off Preah Sihanouk.

"Does our judiciary help to protect children or does it assist sex offenders?" said Naly Pilorge, director of local human-rights rights group Licadho.

"Apologizing or paying out-of-court settlements to victims cannot warrant reducing the sentence of child sex offenders."

Trofimov was originally charged with abusing 19 underage girls but the number was reduced after his appeal to 17.

Cambodia rejected Russia's request to extradite Trofimov to face similar charges in his home country where is he is known as Stanislav Molodyakov and wanted by Interpol .

Peng Maneth, a lawyer who represented one of his victims, a 14-year-old girl, described the Russian as a dangerous man who should never be freed. "He didn't just invest in (resorts), he also invested in sex with children," Peng Maneth said.

KOH Puos Investment Group To Develop Tourism Centre In Cambodia

KOH Puos Investment Group (KPIG), funded by a group of Russian investors, will invest more than US$1 billion to develop a tourism and residential centre on a southern Cambodian island. Located off the coast of Sihanoukville, this mixed-use development will occupy the 120-hectare Koh Puos Island. The mixed-use development, featuring hotels, a casino complex, sports facilities, luxury residential villas and apartment buildings, and extensive leisure attractions, will be carried out in phases throughout 2016. from link.: http://www.hvs.com/emails/newsletter...APWeekly.htm#e

Pedophile Trofimov was the head of Koh Puos Investment Group. The compound is a mix of Russian and US-funded in Sihanoukville. Sihanoukville is known to be the main hot spot for pedophile activity - that is where the Rothschilds also have one of their playgrounds. The pedo compound in Sihanoukville where Trofimov was arrested was a $300 million US project, part of his total $1 billion tourist resort in Sihanoukville.

APLE (Action Pour les Enfants) is the main pedo protection NGO currently operating in Cambodia. Their donor list is currently "down for maintenance" online but what i was able to find out tangentially is that the Soros groups fund them, Microsoft Seattle is a major donor as is Terre Des Hommes our of the Netherlands. The last organization is another child protection NGO which has come under fire in Ethiopia for having a convicted pedophile run their NGO orphanage - Terre Des Hommes pedophilia. What I am looking for in this scattered info-digging - is a common thread showing whether this merely a coincidence or if is this a visible case of fox running the hen house where professional pedophiles run these child protection NGOs. The APLE NGO is entrusted in Cambodia with doing full investigations, questioning of victims which should be police work and not private foreign NGO work - this is also typical for Soros groups who "gather evidence" and launder evidence this way in many countries. They seem to turn over occasional evidence of small fish to prove they protect kids - since 2003, they have brought charges against 23 pedophiles in Cambodia - it seems that they could do 23 per HOUR in Cambodia if they had their act together, considering the funding they have from big places....Of the 14 NGOs APLE had in tow when freeing Trofimov, I can identify at least this one, Terre Des Hommes, of actual pedophile activity while allegedly protecting kids in Ethiopia - this case here. Tangential peripheral info like this on an NGO's activities in other countries is typically all that will ever be found on cases like this - not enough to prosecute but abundantly enough of many more such anecdotes surface to tell the story. But the fact that the NGOs all ganged up to actually FREE the biggest pedophile caught in Cambodia alone tells plenty fo story.

August 11, 2007 -- Pedophiles preyed on young survivors from Indian Ocean tsunami

There is an extremely sordid footnote to the story about the plague of pedophilia in Southeast Asia, on which WMR has reported extensively in the past. According to relief workers who went to southern Thailand’s Phuket region after the catastrophic December 26, 2004 tsunami that struck the coastal areas of the Indian Ocean, the Swedish media was warned by relief workers, including those from the Red Cross, about the possibility of child abductions.

Almost 100 children younger than 13 were among 565 missing in the aftermath of the disaster. The Swedish National Police compounded the problem by keeping a list of the dead and missing secret citing “privacy concerns.” In February 2005, a Swedish court ordered the list of the victims and the missing made public.

The coastal areas of Thailand traditionally make their income by smuggling and human trafficking, in addition to tourism and fishing. The alarm about abductions became clear when a Swedish boy named Kristian Walker was escorted out of a hospital by a German man who was not his father. Although the German man returned the child, a disturbing anomaly was noted by relief workers who were identifying bodies through dental records and DNA.

Although a number of Swedish adults and young girls were identified, the bodies of a number of Swedish boys were never recovered, heightening speculation that they had been snagged by abductors and sold into the white slave trade. Young blond boys are highly prized in places like India, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates.

The Saudi and Emirati governments remain immune from international criminal probes into their roles in perpetuating child trafficking and prostitution.

Indonesian police reported that a number of orphaned and separated Indonesian children were moved from Aceh province to other parts of Indonesia and Malaysia for trafficking purposes. Likewise, after the 2002 terrorist car bombings in Bali, orphaned children fell prey to foreign pedophiles.

The Australian child advocacy group ChildWise, in a 2004 report, stated that foreign pedophiles operate openly on the streets of Bali, some adopting poor children left without parental support. And what kind of diplomats does Australia post to Indonesia? Individuals like William Stuart Brown, arrested for pedophilia on the Bali, was assigned to Indonesia as an official of Australia Aid (AusAID). Recalled to Australia after a 1984 incident with a boy in Indonesia, he remained with the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade with a diplomatic passport until 1995 when he resigned. He quickly returned to Indonesia where he lived openly with underage boys on the island of Lombok.

Brown was later sentenced to 13 years in prison in Indonesia. Brown hanged himself in his Bali jail cell on the second day of his prison sentence.

In 2003, the Australian embassy in Phnom Penh issued Clint Betterridge, a New South Wales schoolteacher, a replacement passport that allowed him to escape into Thailand a few days before his trial in Cambodia for having sex with nine Cambodian underage girls. He was convicted in absentia. Australian ambassador Louise Hand cited an “administrative error” in permitting Betterridge’s escape. Betterridge’s embassy special treatment was similar to that afforded to John Mark Karr in Bangkok. Both schoolteachers, both freed from jail and escaping extradition, and both fitting the profile of procurers.

Echoing the complaints heard from American diplomats about pedophiles at U.S. embassies, Alastair Gaisford, who served at the Australian embassy in Cambodia in the 1990s, claimed that the Australian foreign affairs department systematically covered up pedophile cases involving Aussie diplomats. He told the Sydney Morning Herald, “there is an institutionalized culture of never dealing with these people.”

The U.S. embassy in Bangkok is the second largest in the Far East (after Tokyo). Its CIA station is also rumored by many intelligence observers in Bangkok to be the second largest in Asia, after Tokyo. However, the U.S. embassy in Bangkok has another distinction – it is at the center of the State Department’s pedophile activities in Asia.

According to journalistic sources posted to the region, the pedophilia activity has centered around Ambassador Ralph (“Skip”) Boyce, the current U.S. ambassador to Thailand and the former ambassador to Indonesia. Boyce, who speaks fluent Thai, has spent much of his Foreign Service career in Southeast Asia. Before his stint in Indonesia, Boyce was Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for East Asia and the Pacific. He was Political Counselor Bangkok from 1988 to 1992, had a brief stint as Charge d’Affairs in Singapore from 1992 to 1994 and he returned to Bangkok as Deputy Chief of Mission from 1994 to 1998.

In 1995, while Boyce served as the number two man at the Bangkok embassy, a scandal engulfed the U.S. mission. The Consular Services section of the embassy conspired with Thai police and pedophiles in Belgium, Thailand, and the United States to allow a Thai boy from being sent from Thailand to Belgium, a noted haven for pedophiles. Thai government officials issued an order on behalf of the child’s American godfather to keep the youngster in Thailand. The boy’s Lao mother, a barmaid, was part of a ring of pedophiles in Pattaya Beach and Antwerp, Belgium. Amid protests, the woman transported the boy to Belgium.

Boyce ignored repeated warnings about the misconduct of his embassy’s Consular Affairs office. Boyce and his key staffers, including Consul General Thomas P. Furey and American Citizens Services chief Christopher Richard, later blocked a Thai police investigation of the matter.

Three successive American ambassadors to Thailand – William Itoh, Richard Hecklinger, and Darryl Johnson, refused to get involved in the case. Only Itoh officially responded to a letter asking for his intervention, however, he did not take any action.

Boyce has, time and time again, shown himself to be conducting his own foreign policy. Although the State Department has a full-time ambassador-at-large who deals with child trafficking matters, the last ambassador was replaced by a fundamentalist Christian, Mark Lagon, a stong advocate of faith-based initiatives, regardless of the fact that it has been elements of the church -- Catholic and Protestant -- that has provided, and continues to provide, cover for pedophiles around the world. At his swearing-in ceremony, Lagon boasted that he is a "practicing, confirmed Christian" and ended his remarks by asking God to bless his efforts.

Lagon is a veteran of the staff of North Carolina Senator Jesse Helms, the Project for the New American Century, and the American Enterprise Institute. He was brought into the State Department in 2004 as part of the purge of pro-Colin Powell and anti-necon elements in the department.

Mark Lagon, the man Bush appointed in February 2007 to head up anti-child trafficking activities of the State Department, which itself condones and supports such activities.

Boyce has been content to allow the problem to flourish at the embassies to which he has been assigned, not only in Bangkok but also in Jakarta. Although the Bush administration condemned the September 2006 Thai military coup, dubbed the “Silken Coup,” Boyce wears a yellow tie to affirm his support for the Royal Family, which authorized the coup. He has also refused to condemn the Burmese military junta, although that policy runs counter to official U.S. policy. Boyce has also pushed the interests of American tobacco and alcohol companies even though the Thai government is discouraging the use of both, especially among the young.

    Wayne Madsen (Washington)
November 14-16, 2008 -- SPECIAL REPORT. Federal government wastes money on do-nothing programs to combat child sex slavery

Perhaps it is not surprising from an Attorney General like Michael Mukasey who favors Inquisition-era torture tactics such as "waterboarding," but the "Attorney General's Annual Report to Congress and Assessment of the U.S. Government Activities to Combat Trafficking in Persons Fiscal Year 2007," dated May 2008, a copy of which has been obtained by WMR, is heavy on millions of dollars paid to various public and private entities in the cause of combating trafficking but light on law enforcement to shut down the international pipelines that see thousands of children sold into sex slavery every year.

The Attorney General's report covers what the Justice Department is doing to enforce the Trafficking Victims Protection Act of 2000, which expands the crimes and enhances the penalties available to prosecutors to combat the trafficking of persons domestically and globally.

The report quotes President George W. Bush in its introduction: "Human trafficking is an offense against human dignity, a crime in which human beings, many of them teenagers and young children, are bought and sold and often sexually abused by violent criminals. Our nation is determined to fight and end this modern form of slavery."

However, as evidenced in the Attorney General's report, the Bush administration has lined the pockets of a number of "faith-based" organizations and private contractors in its anti-trafficking program.

In addition, recipients of anti-trafficking money include organizations that have reported connections with perpetrators, including U.S. intelligence agencies, particularly the CIA. The International Rescue Committee (IRC), which has had a long history of connections with the CIA and has counted Ronald Reagan's Vice Chairman of the President's Foreign Intelligence Advisory Board Leo Cherne, Reagan CIA director William Casey, U.S. Information Agency and Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty head John Richardson, and Henry Kissinger among its principals.

The very same U.S. intelligence community that has sponsored child prostitution networks in Southeast Asia and the Balkans is also involved in tracking the smuggling of children through its participation in the Human Smuggling and Trafficking Center (HSTC), descibed in the Attorney General's report as a "joint venture of government experts from the prosecutorial, law enforcement, policy, intelligence, and diplomatic areas teamed to combat trafficking in persons, migrant smuggling, and clandestine terrorist travel." This center combines U.S. foreign service personnel with CIA agents, the deadly combination that has seen U.S. diplomatic outposts, particularly in Southeast and South Asia, used to provide cover for pedophile VIP visits for purposes of sex tourism and pedophile U.S. diplomats.

Aid agencies, according to the Attorney General's report, have received funds from the U.S. government to combat child trafficking. Yet, according to the July 22, 1999 Guardian, an orphanage in Ethiopia founded by the Swiss charity Terres des hommes "became the target for paedophiles, men who knew how easy it would be to abuse their positions of power and trust."

In 2007, Terre des hommes received $443,000 from USAID for an anti-child trafficking program in Albania.

A recipient of anti-trafficking funds from the CIA cipher, the US Agency for International Development (USAID), is The Asia Foundation, a past CIA cover organization. The Asia Foundation is receiving money for an anti-trafficking program in five provinces of pedophile-plagued Vietnam. Other USAID funds have gone to Hagar International, a Swiss Christian organization based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, for anti-trafficking activities in India, Nepal, and Vietnam.

In June 1987, Jozeph Verbeeck, the head of the Belgian office of UNICEF, was arrested for involvement in a large pedophile and child pornography ring. USAID granted UNICEF funds to reintegrate boys and girls, forced into sexual trafficking, into their communities in Ituri in northeastern Congo. The area is plagued by Ugandan and Rwandan troops, backed by U.S. CIA and Defense Intelligence Agency agents, who are the main perpetrators in the child trafficking.

Justice Department Civil Rights Division personnel have used the anti-trafficking law to participate in boondoggles to other countries ostensibly to engage in "outreach" missions. Countries visited include Thailand, Canada, Mexico, Russia, Croatia, Czech Republic, Poland, Malawi, Tanzania, Austria, Bulgaria, and Hungary. Not to be outdone, attorneys for the Criminal Division, Child Exploitation and Obscenity Section, traveled to Nepal, Indonesia, and China to present "anti-human trafficking training" seminars. Boondoggling personnel of the Justice Department's Office of Overseas Prosecutorial Development, Assistance, and Training (OPDAT), courtesy of funds from USAID and Justice, flew to Georgia, Indonesia, Russia, Latvia, Romania, Kyrgyzstan, Tanzania, Bulgaria, Nepal, and Azerbaijan for more "outreach."

The dubious International Criminal Investigative Training Assistance Program (ICITAP), a program with CIA fingerprints all over it, used anti-trafficking funds from the pedophile-plagued State Department, as well as USAID, to conduct training boondoggles in Albania, Kazakhstan, Senegal, Nigeria, Gabon, Gambia, Madagascar, Uganda, Tanzania, the Indonesian islands of Java and Sumatra, and Malaysia.

The same Department of Homeland Security attache office at the U.S. embassy in Bangkok that provided John Mark Karr with the business class plane ticket and a phony story about his killing Jon Benet Ramsey to spirit him away from a Thai trial in a sex sting case had the temerity to give seven presentations to 270 members of the Royal Thai police on "forced child labor, sexual exploitation, the use of the internet to commit crimes against children, human trafficking and smuggling of women and children."

More outrageous is a 24-hour hotline called the National Human Trafficking Resource Center that is funded through the Department of Health and Human Services. The prime contractor for the hotline is defense contractor Lockheed Martin Aspen Systems Corporation. The subcontractor is Covenant House. Covenant House was founded by Father Bruce Ritter, a Catholic priest, for homeless teenagers. Ritter resigned from the organization and the Franciscan order in 1990 after allegations that he had sexual relations with young teens at the Covenant House shelter.

World Hope International, a faith-based aid organization headquartered in Alexandria, Virginia, received $1,300,000 from USAID for anti-trafficking activities in Cambodia. Among its directors is a Vice President of AIG, the insurance giant that is being bailed out by the American taxpayers and one that WMR previously linked to CIA activities in Asia and a retired President of Lockheed Martin Space Mission Systems.

The CIA-linked World Vision received $300,000 for anti-trafficking efforts in Laos. World Vision has, for quite some time, been linked to CIA activities at Jonestown, Guyana; the Sabra and Chatila Palestinian refugee camps in Lebanon (the site of the 1982 massacre of refugees by Israeli and Lebanese Phalangist forces); and Cuban refugee camps in the United States. The father of would-be Ronald Reagan assassin John W. Hinckley, Jr., John W. Hinckley, Sr. was the chairman of the board of World Vision and John Lennon assassin Mark David Chapman once worked at a World Vision-run refugee camp in Arkansas.

Creative Associates, described as a "privately-owned, nongovernmental organization" received $1,480,000 from USAID to reintegrate trafficking victims in Albania.

A favorite USAID contractor, Chemonics International, started in 1976 by conservative Republican Gerald Murphy, in part, because as he told The New York Times in 1993, "I've always wanted a way to do two things: one, have my own C.I.A., and two, be helpful to people," received $500,000 to support USAID field missions, but nothing says the money, supposedly for use in combating child trafficking, was used for that purpose.

“... [In re:] pedophilia in Haiti after the quake. I wanted to post some quick followup to that. We learned that 14 large NGOs got the worst pedophile ever caught in Cambodia OUT OF PRISON. It highlighted the predatory nature of large NGOs, also their connection to top government officials, intel groups, the elites.

Having worked in a war-torn country for years (I ran an NGO), Haiti, which Wayne mentioned, sounds no different than Bosnia or many others. NGOs, who bill themselves as the humanitarian saviors of the world, arrive in short order after any disaster. They are exempt from taxation, typically exempt from customs and import duties, enjoy carte blanche in their operations in stricken countries around the world, exempt from scrutiny. There are small charities who are sincere and do great work and are struggling to stay afloat but let's focus on the big ones - all of the big ones are politically or economically motivated by the crisis they are tending to. All of them among the big ones, no exceptions, have some kind of agenda - and often very dark covert activities as well. I have come to know them well in my years in the field.

Arms smuggling. Human trafficking. Drug smuggling on a large scale. Pedophilia. And worse. Yes, worse. Wherever you find these problems in a stricken country, you will find NGOs in a central position. They are not innocents who are plagued by pedophiles who go to work for them. They are the plague themselves in most cases.

I do not wish to smear all humanitarian efforts. I strongly support what our doc does with his RAM Clinic in Tennessee. That is an example of a good clean small charity. I am referring to the big players on the global scene who cash in on disasters, relieve little of the misery and exploit the victims further in the worst ways. They are the big names in the booming humanitarian industry. They connect to the global elites, USAID programs, AmeriCares, Knights of Malta, Red Cross, World Vision, Clinton Global Initiative, Catholic Relief Services, CARE International, Save the Children, UNICEF, the UN presence, et al.. over 10,000 charities alone are currently present in Haiti. Ten thousand of them? That should be enough to wipe out ALL misery in Haiti, no? How come Haiti is in worse shape than ever? I will skip the known horrific problems all around these NGOs such as cholera which began when the NGOs came in and is still out of control in Haiti, rape-as-routine of refugees in tents by NATO troops, human trafficking, organ trafficking which has come to Haiti since the quake and go straight to pedophilia, since Wayne mentioned pedophilia and Haiti since the quake.

There are COUNTLESS SUCH cases but here are just two off the top of the pile involving NGOs and Haiti:

There is Michael Geilenfeld - Executive Director of St. Joseph Family Homes for Boys, Haiti Outreach Ministry. Accused serial pedophile, former brother of Mother Teresa's Order. Per his web site: http://andypomeroy.com/haitioutreach...s/?page_id=114 -- - his "calling" has taken him to India, Cambodia, Laos, Viet Nam, California, El Salvador, and finally to Haiti (coincidentally ALL countries where pedophilia is a major problem and access to children virtually unlimited). A letter to the US ambassador in Haiti contained the following: ”Please note that child abuse allegations against Geilenfeld are documented as early as 1987 in Boston; 1990 in Haiti and the U.S.; 1995 in Detroit; 1997 in UK and Haiti; 1999 in Haiti; 2006-2007 in Haiti and U.S.“ (link)
( https://istwanouayisyen.com/?cat=10 ) Various human rights advocates and lawyers in Haiti demand he be removed from Haiti immediately (link) ( http://dossiergeilenfeld.blogspot.co...rotection.html ).

Geilenfeld's NGO is funded by a host of groups - to name a few: Tulane University via Hearts for Haiti, a Chicago-based Hearts for Haiti group (Hearts for Haiti continues to support Geilenfeld despite being aware of the pedophilia extradition charges), Moyer Foundation Seattle, various catholic groups in the US and Canada. "Father" Geilenfeld also organizes his children to go on "dance tours" to many cities in the US where funds are raised with the children's performances. It has not been successful to charge or convict him, not even remove him from the orphanages. Nothing has been able to be done about him despite identical charges going back to the 1980s in Boston. He remains in Haiti, running his "orphanages" with at least 200 known children in his custody while his donors, fully aware of the accusations, continue to send him money. He has been receiving cash windfalls to build new facilities since the quake. All molestation accusations came from young boys. At least one of his long-term victims has reached age 18 and asked for asylum in the US for fear of retribution of Geilenfeld and others involved in this. He has spent decades living in pedophile playgrounds like Haiti, Cambodia, Thailand, in charge of children.

Then there is the post-quake case of Douglas Perlitz, Executive Director of an NGO named Project Pierre Touissant, who was convicted in Connecticut of serial pedophilia involving underage boys in Haiti. The case ties to various New Haven, CT groups - New Haven, CT also is a major CIA hub and at least the Knights of Malta very directly connect to CIA also - I know these groups well from having worked with them. See the Perlitz case here: http://articles.cnn.com/2012-01-07/j...?_s=PM:JUSTICE Perlitz' orphanage was also funded by the Bush-Clinton Haiti Fund who were also named as co-defendants as well as Jesuits and Knights of Malta. Fairfield University in Connecticut (pic): http://ww4.hdnux.com/photos/01/15/13.../0/628x471.jpg was also a major donor involved in this charity. Photo - Perlitz and his boys: http://i86.servimg.com/u/f86/13/16/20/92/perlit10.jpg He was sentenced to 20 years in the US - one of the rare ones to ever be brought up on charges, much less convicted. The only reason he was convicted was due to the dogged persistence by this womah here - native Haitian human rights lawyer Ezili Danto (link) [ http://www.opednews.com/articles/Hel...91011-949.html ] who brought the case to justice in the US and continues to hunt predators in Haiti.

I could probably find 100 more like that if I kept digging in Haiti alone. It is just a followup to the can of worms I opened in the last thread - that numerous large NGOs are organized crime syndicates and pedophilia is very high on their list of specialties.”

A footnote to that: It is not true that nothing can be done about big pedophiles such as the two mentioned above. Under the PROTECT ACT of 2003 [ http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PROTECT_Act_of_2003 ] sex crimes committed abroad are fully prosecutable by law in the US. The U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) is supposed to participate in investigating and capturing child sex tourists abroad and ICE prides itself in having caught 1,100 US pedophiles abroad.

Thailand, Brazil, Cambodia, India and Mexico (in thar order with Brazil being about to overtake Thailand for #1 spot) are identified as worst affected countries by child sex exploitation.

Considering the PROTECT ACT and the fact that the US ambassador to Haiti has last summer already been served documents proving that Michael Geilenfeld is a known serial pedophile in the US and other countries, the US ambassador on behalf of the State Department is OBLIGATED to act and remove this man from Haiti and extradite him to the US for prosecution. Instead, Geilenfeld continues traveling back and forth from the US and Haiti with his children (finished a US "dance tour" with his children AFTER the US ambassador in haiti was notified and apparently received visas from this embassy), continues raising funds and molesting children with an unknown 3-digit number of them in his physical custody to this day. Could his connections to major NGOs have something to do with this de facto immunity from repercussions? (Yes, some of the NGOs are that powerful.)

Following up on wealthy western pedophiles from the last On Topic...another big fish: Rick Schair from Atlanta, was arrested in 07/2011 with charges of running a child sex tourism business in Brazil centered around Manaus and disguised as "ecological fishing expeditions" in the Amazon rain forest under the name "Wet-A-Line" which took elite customers on yachts down the Amazon where they were connected with groups of indigenous child sex slaves. This involves a ring of US members of the exclusive top-level masonic : http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Royal_Order_of_Jesters . Of the 20 child sex customers arrested by Brazilian police, 19 were American Jesters (top-tier freemasons). Jesters are also under investigation for child sex trafficking in NY state. A July of 2011 sting of Jesters involving sex slaves netted a NY Supreme Court judge, a police chief and others at a party involving sex slavery.

A 'witness' appearing at Schair's trial with personal letters of support was Larry Mackey, the former federal prosecutor who convicted Timothy McVeigh. Mackey works for the law firm of Solomon Wisenberg which defends Schair in the child sex trafficking suit and Mackey is personally involved in Schair's defense.

Article with photos of Wet-A-Line tours here: Link: http://sandyfrost.newsvine.mobi/_new...ex-trafficking Wet-A-Line allegedly used fishing as a disguise and ONLY conducted child sex tourism for wealthy clients in Brazil and Mexico under this cover. Video here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=85EuHZxJYJg Clients were wealthy males and virtually all were Jesters masons - I wonder what those king-sized beds were for on board of the fishing yacht...Another link here: http://www.waynemadsenreport.com/articles/

I found this case when reading up on the statistics that the Amazon rain forest was overtaking Thailand for most child sex tourism. American shriners, Jesters run child sex slave rings in the Amazon rain forest and and Tim McVeigh's prosecutor is working on defending them...interesting.
