Not really.
What is interesting about this cycle is that the outsiders are doing so well.
Bernie Sanders is giving HC a real run for the pole position. He was scorned at the beginning, but he is now taken seriously.
On the GOP side, Trump and Carson are leading the establishment favorites.
This is heartening.

Jim, the attraction of Trump and Sanders for many is reflective of the public's rejection of business as usual politics. But there is a world of difference between holding office and holding power. I wish Sanders well and really hope he does win but I also know about Allende and Palme and Whitlam and Wilson and Arbenz and all the other inconvenient office holders that had to be removed one way or the other.

I don't see Trump or Carson getting the GOP nomination. I think it will be Marco Rubio at this point, even if the Establishment has to rig voting machines in the primaries (I used to think it might be Bush or Walker, but Walker is out and Bush almost is). I also don't see Bernie getting the Democratic nomination. They now control these things at the front end so they don't have to do a messy change later on.
