Cyberactivists of the not still well-known "Collective Utopia" contacted me this morning. They want to release a document that proves that the Paris terrorist massacre was already explained with detail in the Wikipedia BEFORE the attacks took place. They will prove that the IP of the author of the article in the wikipedia is 82.45.236.70 from Tunbridge Wells (Great Britain) that is a town where there is a clandestine outfit of former British agents who carried out black operations for MI5 and MI6 (British intelligence). According to Gurney, some of them enlisted a "private army", known as the Troops of Midian, to make Lucan *disappear.

They were a clandestine outfit of former government agents who carried out "black operations" for MI5 and MI6, and even the CIA.

Wilmott says that in the week following the murder, Lucan was taken to the Wellington Hotel in Tunbridge Wells and then on to the Crown Inn in nearby Groombridge, where he was handed over to Gurney.

Boris Johnson experienced what it feels like to be a dog and got into his part complete with barking noises at a technology event in Israel.

The London mayor is on a trade visit to boost trade, including technology partnerships.

At the Google Campus in Tel Aviv - a hub for entrepreneurs and developers - he had the chance to demonstrate a dog simulation.

A series of attacks in and around Paris on Friday night left 129 dead and 352 wounded. The attacks included three explosions at the Stade de France, a siege of the Bataclan theatre, and shootings/bombings at restaurants throughout the city. The attacks were reportedly carried out by eight assailants, all of whom were killed.
French President François Hollande did not waste time in blaming the attacks definitively on the Islamic State. In an address to the nation on Saturday he declared: "It is an act of war that was committed by a terrorist army, a jihadist army, Daesh, against France," adding, "It is an act of war that was prepared, organized and planned from abroad, with complicity from the inside, which the investigation will help establish." His speech did not indicate how he knows what the investigation would conclude before it was conducted.
ISIS, the terrorist group in Iraq and Syria fostered, funded, armed, equipped and trained by the United States, its Gulf allies, Turkey and Israel has reportedly taken responsibility for the attacks. A number of raids and arrests have been made in France and Belgium connected to the events, but it is unclear at this time precisely how many people have been arrested or what connection they had to the attack. Much has been made of a Syrian passport allegedly recovered from the vicinity of the body of one of the gunmen. Greece's deputy minister in charge of police, Nikos Toskas, issued a statement asserting that "The holder of the passport passed through the island of Leros on Oct. 3, 2015, where he was identified according to EU rules," but an unidentified "US intelligence official" told CBS News the passport may be fake, citing incorrect numbers and a mismatching picture.

The attacks were preceded Friday afternoon by bomb threats against the Gare de Lyon railway station and the Hotel Molitor where the German national soccer team were staying. Friday also happened to be the day of a "multi-site attack exercise" in Paris that included "police forces, firemen, EMTs, and others," according to Patrick Pelloux, an emergency physician and former Charlie Hebdo columnist who was also mobilized in response to the Hebdo shootings in January.
Meanwhile SOFREP is reporting that the attacks were known about in advance, as French national police were meeting with "the German BKA federal police and BND federal intelligence service to discuss an imminent pre-planned terrorist attack in Paris" two weeks ago.

Above, I mentioned how this might [surely will negatively] effect COP21 - the biggest Climate Summit ever to be held in two weeks in the very football stadium that was attacked!....well, on the very day of the attack, before the attack, this report was released..... strange border checks were to be introduced and later that day, they were [for a different reason]. If France had already reintroduced the border checks before the attack, its a bit weird announcing introducing them later due to the attack.

With 115 heads of state coming in the current Paris atmosphere....I predict 1]many more attacks; and 2]a badly failed or cancelled Summit. This attack may just have been the h'ordeuvres.

France has reintroduced border checks as part of its security-tightening measures ahead of UN climate talks. The Cop21 Paris climate conference opens on 30 November in the French capital.

With more than 115 heads of state and government expected to attend the conference at Le Bourget just outside of Paris, the French government is taking steps to minimise the risks.
Authorities say they are putting controls in place at 285 road, rail, sea and air border points from now until December 13th. That's two days after the conference closes.
It is said 30,000 police will be involved in the operation.

According to AFP, French security sources are paying particular attention to militant ecologist protesters, as well as certain extreme-left militant groups. At the same time, French Interior Minister Bernard Cazeneuve has said authorities are also preparing for the possibility of terrorist threats, though he hasn't disclosed any specific information in this regard.
France is part of Europe's border-free Schengen zone, which right now is under tremendous pressure from the biggest migrant crisis since the Second World War. France says it's able to temporarily abandon its commitments under the Schengen agreement in special circumstances, such as hosting these climate talks.
The conference aims to agree a new legally-binding global pact to fight climate warming.
