I should add, it appears from info at EF that Anne Goodpasture has passed away.
That is really unfortunate for any hope of reopening the JFK case.
IMO, she was a key witness in the whole Mexico City imbroglio. In fact, she might have been THE key witness except perhaps for Phillips.

From my Hendrix research experiences, persons who have successfully hidden involvement in a very dirty scandal usually don't come forward to expose themselves as cowardly crooks who were involved in the original crime.

Which is why we had to wait for the Lopez Report declassification to really understand who Goodpasture was.
And also Dan Hardway at the Wecht conference to reveal that he and Eddie had drawn up bills of indictment for her and Phillips for perjury.
And boy, did she lied her heard off to them.

What was done to Lopez and Hardway was equal or worse to what they did with Joannides.

Reopening the JFK case?
“The most difficult subjects can be explained to the most slow-witted man if he has not formed any idea of them already; but the simplest thing cannot be made clear to the most intelligent man if he is firmly persuaded that he knows already, without a shadow of doubt, what is laid before him.â€

Jim D. conflates the Oswald murder case with the JFK murder case.
The Mexico City controversy has lots to do with the former and little or nothing to do with the latter.

I would think Nagell would disprove Varnell and show Mexico was part of pre-planned framing of Oswald as part of the plot to kill Kennedy.

Then Nagell would be making the assumption that the guys who framed Oswald and eventually murdered him were the same guys who murdered Kennedy.
What did the men who killed Kennedy "need to know" about Oswald?
Nothing.
What did the people who framed and killed Oswald "need to know" about Kennedy's killing other than the time and place of the event?
Nothing.
Those were two separate operations controlled from the very top, in the manner of all compartmentalized intelligence operations.

Maybe your studies haven't gotten that far.
