1. It is a criminal offense to perpetrate a hoax on an official
city record form, creating an offense report which did not
happen.
2. Who created the hoax?
3. Who was the victim of the "joke"?
4. What was the purpose of the "joke"? It never became public
until it was "discovered" in the archives of Marguerite Oswald
in the 1990s.
5. If genuine, what is the meaning of the U ARE A FINK message;
who was the fink and why was this message directed at him?
6. If Perry and Mack know the identity of the perpetrator, by
protecting him, they become accessories to criminal act.
7. I want to know why Marguerite Oswald was provided a copy
of the report.
8. I want to know how Perry and Mack obtained the original
document, which is what you have posted. This means that the
original likely was in the Dallas Police files, compounding the
offense.
I do not buy the "joke" as innocent fun. Someone went to great
lengths to perpetrate a knowingly false official report, using facts
unknown to most researchers. I want to know who did this, and
what was his motive, and why he was not prosecuted.

Well, Jack, You've asked the important questions. Seems no one is offering the important answers - yet. Has anyone filed for this through a FOIA with the DPD to see if it has any accompanying papers? Truly strange...but with Dallas, what isn't! The way some of the LNs act, events in and around Dallas before-during-after were all just sort of a 'joke' among friends. I guess we will be told the fake BYP were just a joke too. Same with all the jokey many faces of LHO - or whoever they all were. Etc. Those who stole our Country then have a very bad sense of humor! As do those who still chuckle at it.

Thanks jack for telling it like it is and should be......this came up in the past on another forum i was hoping you again would fill us in, you have..involvement with any dave perry info etc puts a dark shadow on any documentation or any so called research work connected in any way..and now gary's also imo..by being involved with him and this....in any way..yes some joke...very funny turn on them ..perhaps eh the worm shall get to perhaps turn...i do not think this will be the last we hear of this not with it now in the hands of frog hopefully....that is...take care best b..

I just received a string of emails from TreeFrog on this subject. Included
was one from longtime researcher Jim Page, which sums up many of my
thoughts pretty well regarding the Bledsoe document:
Did you hear back? Why is this thought to be fake? My guess is its real.
Who would fake it and why? (motive means opportunity) If fake, it causes more "problems" than it fixes.
If fake, where/how was it slipped into the records?
If fake, did the Dallas police investigate its origins? If not, why not?
Is this doc in the Dallas police files today?
I think there is a lot more beneath the surface of Ms. Bledsoe, She's yet another enigma.

Excellent points, Jack. Will Mack or Perry respond to these quesitons? (Could we believe their answers if they did? ) This has a black op smell...glad someone's on it. I'd never even heard of it ..
