There is no supporting evidence for Richard Poyle being in MExico City on Oct 2, 4 and 15 when the Mystery Man photos were taken... He arrived in Monterrey after Oct 17th...
Whether he was at the embassy in Mexico on Nov 21 and 22... Proof will easily settle the question.
So far this remains one of the only docs containing the name POYLE... and it talks of "standing by to meet POYLE" LIFIRE as I posted, was the follow and watch group the LI program
So far we can get POYLE to Monterrey... MEXI is not Mexico City but just the country.
Look at the bottom note: "POYLE SHOULD BE SENT...." Future tense.

David, I have sense respected your work, I'm not sure what has happened to you since then, well, since I thought I respected it. Do you honestly believe ANY three letter agency is going to report on the person or persons involved? Customs "possibly" met with Poyle [PRIOR] to the 17th of October 1963 in Mexico, and my father is the ONLY known person who worked with Poyle and stole index cards from Customs, he would later then approach Poyle why??? As I've said, these documents DO NOT get analyzed by me but by a professional who has read and written these documents before. take a look at the word MEET exactly above the blacked out box, every letter that is above the letter's below will match up identically, MEET has four letters, POYLE has five, the box is extended to cover the fifth letter, they don't want you to know Poyle was there earlier, BEFORE the 17th of October 1963 WHY????

A better way explained to me was PRESENT at the top and CONTACT at the bottom same number of lettering, AND! They line up! That is POYLE whose name is missing from that box PRIOR to October 17th 1963, can anyone tell me why they blacked out his name?
