Have uploaded Permindex and CMC documents that I copied from the Bloomfield collection at Library and Archives Canada, and from other sources. These documents includes letters written by Bloomfield to Seligman, Mantello and others regarding the operation of these 2 companies. The files were uploaded to internet archive.

Link you posted in this thread resolved fine for me, as did your EF link via copy and paste. Thank you for your graciousness. You assist me in better understanding "a debt of gratitude" is much more than an empty phrase. It is mildly unsettling that I have to accept I control no switch to start or pause researching. I controlled the urge from 1963 to 2008, influenced I guess by life's distractions, but it must have gotten away from me since joining EF on 01/01/09. Maybe the surprise of seeing my mother openly weeping, still indelible in my mind's eye, when I arrived home that Friday, after a sudden dismissal of my school just across the street, triggered subconcious aversion for the next 45 years. (I did not think my reply would grow to this extent. i will move the following portion to a new thread by next Monday, or sooner if you prefer,,,) My latest is kind of dry. Since 2005 (or in 04) there is the observation in an EF thread of Connally's daughter, Kathleen Hale, (in 1959) and the daughter (Verita Sheshunoff, on May 1, 1969) of Fred Korth, (immediate successor to Connally as Navy Secretary) and DeMohrenschildt (in 1977) all reportedly dying of self inflicted 20 gauge shotgun injury. Verita Korth Sheshunoff's death cert. displays time of death as 3:00 pm, and the suicide verdict was arrived at in the 5:30 pm coroner's inquest (Austin, TX) and no autopsy. One article reporting on the 1959 Kathleen Connally Hale inquest stated that John Connally and IB Hale had travelled just a week before to Tallahasee to be supportive to the recently eloped couple and assess their relationship difficulties. It got weirder, widower Alex Sheshunoff, son of Moscow born Victor (prominert metalurgist and former southern tennis standout ) married Gabrielle de Kuyper Cabot just two years later, in 1971. On January 11, 1971, Ms. Cabot's husband George Blake Cabot, died after a house fire in Montreal, also claiming the life of their 3 year old, Quincey, injuring their 7 year old, George, Jr. It seems curious Gabrielle married Shesunoff that same year. If the link does not work, go to internet archive and enter Louis M Bloomfield searching metadata. You will find some files uploaded by me. The top row 3rd file from the left has 339 JPEG files. This is the one to look at. The top row 2nd one from the left has 285 files JPEG files but they are the same as the one with 339JPEG files.
