Those residing in the Northern European climate zone previously influenced by the Gulf Stream may register here for future donations of warm clothing. I expect high demand for fur lined coats, woolen hats, gloves, thermal underwear, ski pants and few requests for thongs, bikinis, shorts and voile sun frocks.
