What a monstrous woman :damnmate:. I'd be interested in any updates on this.

I believe the cat had owners who found their pet safe after 15 hours. Ideally the perp will face charges.

She should definitely face charges. The bin could have been put out as per normal and the cat crushed by the collection truck. Which I think was her intention. They way she was looking around before hand she knew she was doing wrong and didn't want to be seen.

Kind of unusual for an apparently working class young couple like that to have 3 or more CCTV at the front of a small house. And of course a great advertisement for manufacturing consent for the further roll out of the already very extensive CCTV system in the UK. "Oh, but what about the cats! We would never have got that woman with out that CCTV catching her in the act".

I noticed that she looks like she is wearing gloves too even though she is wearing a short sleeve t-shirt, given the weather there can't be for warmth, it indicates some sort of premeditation to me. Also there have been no charges laid against her. Which I find hard to imagine. There would have to be something they could charge her with. But they can see fit to protect her. Though I can understand she or her house would be in some danger given high feeling about her behaviour. I'm not sure this is all kosher. Be interesting to see how it all goes.

It's developed into an international incident.... :vollkommenauf:

Quote:Police officers protect home of woman who put cat in bin

Police officers are protecting the home of a woman who was filmed dropping a kitten into a wheelie bin.

The RSPCA believes the incident could constitute animal cruelty and are planning to interview the woman who was identified from CCTV pictures taken outside the home of the animal's owners.

The woman, who is thought to have received death threats from around the world, was seen stroking the cat as it walked along a wall before looking over her shoulder and dumping it into a large green rubbish bin.

In the video, taken from security cameras outside a house in the Stoke area of Coventry, the woman was then seen closing the lid of the bin before quickly walking away.

The cat's owners, Stephanie and Darryl Mann, told the Coventry Telegraph their pet, named Lola, which is not yet a year old, was trapped in the bin for 15 hours.

It emerged uninjured and is believed to be recovering well from the ordeal.

Today an RSPCA spokeswoman said: ''A woman featured in CCTV footage putting a cat in a bin in Brays Road, Coventry, has now been identified.

''The RSPCA is leading an investigation into the incident and will be interviewing the woman shortly.

''Coventry Police are supporting this investigation and urge the public to leave the matter to be dealt with correctly by the authorities.''

West Midlands Police said they were supporting the RSPCA's investigation and Coventry Police had not arrested the woman because she had not committed a criminal offence.

Community Support Officers were outside her address monitoring a large group of people for "public order purposes as per routine police procedure".

I too wondered about why they had CCTV outside their house. But maybe that's the problem with devoting so much time to deep political theorising: you can't even see a woman throw a cat into the bin without suspecting it's a false flag Smile
