being copied and indexed. There are more than 50 4-inch 3-ring binders
full of documents. It is a huge job. I do not know whether it will include
the unpublished chapters of his book, which originally was about 2000
pages and had to be pared down to half that much. But I think it will include
his research on such matters as the Ziger sisters and Donald O. Norton.

Jack, do you know if he was able to go to or get any Russian/Soviet files? They are [in theory] available now, but I've tried for another project on a World War II high-level SS General and it is NOT easy!!!....I would imagine on Oswald in the USSR would take big money and big connections!

Having been to Russia, and being American, I can say it is easy in both places to hire someone to eliminate someone with 'unspeakable' information. More important are documents...but even they [in both countries] must be held suspect. What is needed in each case is corroboration by more than one person or document. The average person in Russia today who was not an intel agent who might have met Marina or 'Oswald' wouldn't want to 'get involved' in the troubles involved in coming forward with what little they could relate. The Russian Government obviously has some 'memory', documents, and agents who KNOW...but so far what I have seen, read has all been for money or to please the USG....and not, IMO, the truth. I doubt they destroyed the documents....but that is only my hunch.

Marina Oswald Porter knows much more than she has told. At the same time I am her friend and can understand [a little] her reluctance and fear for herself and those she loves; however, I hope at some time she does the right thing by history and tells what she knows. Her WC testimony was bullshit of a cosmic order, despite considering her a friend and someone I care for, as a person. She was used. Oswald[s] was/were used. five days of Len Osanic's Hawaii conference. He has sent
me three of his five speech scripts for critiquing. They
are excellent, but I cannot share any of them until after
the conference. He is still writing parts four and five.
