A declaration of WAR against the American People

In a stunning move that has civil libertarians stuttering with disbelief, the U.S. Senate has just passed a bill that effectively ends the Bill of Rights in America.
This bill, passed late last night in a 93-7 vote, declares the entire USA to be a "battleground" upon which U.S. military forces can operate with impunity, overriding Posse Comitatus and granting the military the unchecked power to arrest, detain, interrogate and even assassinate U.S. citizens with impunity.
It's being called the most traitorous act ever witnessed in the Senate, and the language of the bill is cleverly designed to make us think it doesn't apply to Americans, but toward the end of the bill it essentially says it can apply to Americans "if we want it to."The most disputed provision would require the government to place into military custody any suspected member of Al Qaeda or one of its allies connected to a plot against the United States or its allies. A related provision would create a federal statute saying the government has the legal authority to keep people suspected of terrorism in military custody, indefinitely and without trial. It contains no exception for American citizens. Al-Qaeda has never been defined, it has always been a bogeyman so arrests will be just asopaque and bogus!
Even WIRED magazine was outraged at this bill, reporting:
...the detention mandate to use indefinite military detention in terrorism cases isn't limited to foreigners. It's confusing, because two different sections of the bill seem to contradict each other, but in the judgment of the University of Texas' Robert Chesney a nonpartisan authority on military detention "U.S. citizens are included in the grant of detention authority."http://www.wired.com/dangerroom/2011/12/senate-military-detention/
The passage of this law is nothing less than an outright declaration of WAR against the American People by the military-connected power elite. If this is signed into law, it will shred the remaining tenants of the Bill of Rights and unleash upon America a total military dictatorship, complete with secret arrests, secret prisons, unlawful interrogations, indefinite detainment without ever being charged with a crime, the torture of Americans and even the "legitimate assassination" of U.S. citizens on right here on American soil!

NOTE FROM STEWART RHODES:
The Senate is very near to passing Senate Bill 1867, the National Defense Authorization Act of 2012, which contains provisions that will give clear congressional support and authorization for indefinite military detention and military trial of American citizens. If passed, this will amount to a declaration of war against the American people, authorizing the Obama Administration and all future administrations to treat Americans the same as citizens of occupied Iraq or Afghanistan, subjecting us all to military jurisdiction and the jurisdiction of the international laws of war, rather than our Bill of Rights and our domestic criminal laws, upon the mere say so of Obama or one of his minions.
There is a great deal of confusion about this bill, with some incorrectly interpreting it as not affecting American citizens. There is also confusion about the very dangerous legal precedents that this bill seeks to codify and bolster.
I am writing an in-depth article where I will do my best to clarify both what this bill does, how all three branches of the federal government have worked to impose the international laws of war on the American people, the historical and legal precedents, and just how close we are to losing our Bill of Rights forever. I will send that article out shortly, but please act now to put some serious pressure on your Senators to stop the detention provisions in S. 1867.
For an in-depth analysis of "enemy combatant status" see my 2004 Yale paper, available at: http://oathkeepers.org/oath/2010/11/09/s...rt-rhodes/
We are now very nearly at the point where all that will save liberty in America is another American Revolution. This bill, if it becomes law, will shove us across that line, placing us in almost exactly the same position our forefathers were in when they were forced to take up arms in defense of their liberty in 1775. If you wish to avoid that, you must stop this bill from becoming law, right now.
- Stewart Rhodes, Founder of Oath Keepers
Read the bill below or download here: Senate Bill 1867 (PDF)
Especially pay attention to Sec. 1031 and 1032 which state Detainee Matters:
Sec.1031.Affirmation of authority of the Armed Forces of the United States to detain covered persons pursuant to the Authorization for Use of Military Force.
Sec.1032. Requirement for military custody.

S. 1867 And Now… For the Rest.. of the Story

Posted on December 2, 2011 by willyloman
by Scott Creighton
Note: Let it be known that I do not support these sections of S. 1867 as written.I just think we need to consider the rest of the story before doing the bidding of Obama and the FBI.
The internets are abuzz with end-times prognostication on the meaning and menace of S. 1867 the National Defense Authorization Act 2012. Sooth-Sayers and belligerent bloggers from all sides are damning us to eternal detainment because section 1031 doesn't go far enough to claim that U.S. citizens can't be treated like those evil Canadian terrorists. Mike Adams claims the evil guberment has the right to murder OWS protesters in cold blood while that guy from the Oath Keepers (and YALE… wink wink wink) claims it's time we started shooting people because the constitution is over (though he "HOPEs" it won't come to that… wink wink wink)
But as several people have shown, myself included, though the language of the bill is unduly vague and getting vaguer by the minute, it hardly expands the claimed power of the unitary executive that much farther than already assumed by our Peace Prize "winning", U.S. citizen murdering president of "CHANGE IS…".
It certainly doesn't provide for shooting little miss drum circle in the face with a riot gun. If Mr. Natural Ranger would like to debate me on that subject, my calender is pretty open.
So, just fucking relax. Take a breath, and let's look at what the bill actually does and start to ask the very serious questions that must arise from such legislation such as "Why do these supposed "dissident" and "human rights" groups misrepresent this bill in such a way and whom do they really serve?"
That's a good question. But let's start with a review of the other things the bill actually does before we get to that. Let's look at "the rest of the story".
Military Jurisdiction as opposed to the Counter Intelligence Industrial Complex
First of all, the bill has one very specific end result and that is, it strips the FBI and the Counter Intelligence Industrial Complex of the ability to "investigate" terrorist plots on U.S. soil.
Of that, there is no question. The bill MANDATES that ongoing investigations are allowed to continue, but future investigations, arrests, detentions, interrogations, and trials be handled through military channels.
How bad would that be?
Even Judge Napolitano of Fox News recently admitted and did a segment of his show explaining that all 17 of the FBI's "thwarted terrorist plots" since 9/11 were FABRICATED by the FBI. Every single one of them. They were ALL handled in civilian court nearly all of them were given a show trial, a kangaroo court, and were convicted to life sentences behind bars.
What is the difference between a life sentence without the possibility of parole handed down in a kangaroo court and "indefinite detention"? Indefinite detention can end. That's the difference.
Many writers have been exposing the fraudulent nature of these FBI success stories for what they are; entrapment, fraud, and even terrorist plots leveled against the people of this country BY people of this country… the FBI.
Look at what Keith Olbermann demanded of Bloomberg and Kelly after their bullshit "terrorist" story fell apart just last month in New York. That horrendous frame-up was created by the NYPD Intelligence Division. They made it up out of thin air.
This bill would put an end to those kind of operations. Is that a bad thing? Obama thinks it is.
The New York Times has an article in which an Obama apologist wants him to veto the bill if it remains as written precisely because it does what I say it does.
"The Senate is debating the National Defense Authorization Act, which includes a series of provisions that mandate military interrogation and detention for any suspected member of Al Qaeda, and authorize indefinite detention of terrorist suspects without trial. (The law is written so broadly that parts of it could also cover U.S. citizens.)…
…. These new policies would all but remove the F.B.I., federal prosecutors, and federal courts from the business of interrogating, charging and trying suspected terrorists. Never mind that they have a track record of doing just that, legally and in the open. Instead, it would put those functions in the hands of the military, which is not very good at it, and doesn't want to do it." New York Times
In his dissenting address letter to congress, Obama makes it very clear why he does not support the language of this part of the bill and thus he gives his real reason for his threatened veto of it. Aside from paying a bit of lip service to our constitutional rights as citizens (which is exposed as being purely bullshit when one understands that both Levin and Udall admit in a talk on the senate floor from Nov. 17th that it was the Obama administration who forced them to remove language in the original bill that made sure U.S. citizens were not to be covered under these new provisions… a fact Mr. Greenwald recently forgot to mention in his latest article on the subject) the Obama administration makes it very clear that he intends to maintain the status quo when it comes to preserving the Counter Intelligence Complex in all of it's various forms as it has developed since the False Flag attack of 9/11:
The Administration strongly objects to the military custody provision of section 1032, which would appear to mandate military custody for a certain class of terrorism suspects. This unnecessary, untested, and legally controversial restriction of the President's authority to defend the Nation from terrorist threats would tie the hands of our intelligence and law enforcement professionals…
… We have spent ten years since September 11, 2001, breaking down the walls between intelligence, military, and law enforcement professionals; Congress should not now rebuild those walls and unnecessarily make the job of preventing terrorist attacks more difficult. Specifically, the provision would limit the flexibility of our national security professionals to choose, based on the evidence and the facts and circumstances of each case, which tool for incapacitating dangerous terrorists best serves our national security interests. " Barack Obama
The Director of the FBI is strongly opposed to the passage of the bill as it's written and so is the former head of the CIA, Leon Panetta. The current CIA chief has yet to weigh in on the matter oddly enough. In fact many career "intelligence" professionals are strongly opposed to this bill being passed as is. Why is that? Why are they opposed to it and why don't the likes of Mr. Anders at the ACLU and Alex Jones pointing that out? Why indeed.
There is a huge cottage industry that has developed since 9/11. They are the Counter Intelligence Industrial Complex and they are making billions of dollars fighting the so-called "Global War on Terror" right here in our back yards. They are already doing it. There are billions of federal and state dollars to be had and all one has to do is include the terms "national security" and "al Qaeda" in your proposal, and you are just about assured of getting huge financial endowments to start up your business. This bill threatens to end much of that (not all as many of these businesses are connected to the military under DoD contracts and that will probably continue if not grow)
So who does that hurt? The private sector counter intelligence industry? Of course. Not just the FBI and the over financed "intelligence" divisions of your local police department, but it hurts the average start-up fraud guy looking to cash in on some random aspect of the Global War on Terror.
Is that a bad thing? I don't know, but it is something that should be talked about in discussion forums openly because it is an aspect of all of this that will have huge implications on other parts of what I am about to discuss.
Extraordinary Renditions
Another aspect of this bill that is getting NO attention from the dissident and human rights sites is the fact that it practically does away with the practice of secretly renditioning terror suspects to foreign countries for "interrogation" (read as "torture")
Well, let's be more specific, it does away with using tax-payer dollars for the renditioning of terror suspects to other countries "or entities" (whatever that means. Is al Qaeda in Libya an "entity"?)
This simply means that the CIA and other clandestine death squads operating in the field are going to have to use some of their illegal heroin cash for such operations. That is pissing them off. They got other plans for that cash like arming the so-called "drug cartels" in Mexico (Iran contra ring any bells?)
But again, is this a bad thing? Should US tax-payer cash be used to fly Canadian citizens to foreign countries so they can be routinely tortured into confessing to things they did not do. Is that what we need to be paying for these days? Is that what you want your tax-dollars going toward? I don't.
United States as a Legitimate Part of the Battle Field in the Global War on Terror (read as "Global Free Market Wars")
This is probably going to be the most controversial aspect of this article without a doubt.
There is no easy way to go about this part of the debate. What seems to help in some circumstances will surely open the door for unscrupulous actors to use modified wartime powers to harm our civil liberties in ways that make even the most hyperactive sooth-Sayers blush with their naivete. it's dangerous ground to be sure, but let's open this up for debate and try to understand, beyond the breathless hyperbole, what are the real and imagined traps which lay before us, and who really stands the risk of falling into them.
I think the answer might be surprising if not just a little unexpected.
The idea is that this new legislation declares the entire world as the battlefield in the fictitious Global War on Terror. That's deeply concerning to me and many others out there. Venezuala has nothing to do with the GWAT and neither does Guam for that matter, yet this bill includes future acts that may or may not involve these countries. This is an outright expansion of what has been called the "endless war" the "100 years war" right at the beginning of it.
That's troubling. Very troubling. And it needs to be stricken from the bill. It will provide Obama and other future presidents the ability to launch drone strikes against anybody at any time in the future and he would only have to claim it's his struggle against the evil forces of terror in his GWOT. National security will permit him to keep his evidence a state secret. That is horrible legislation and must be stricken from the bill.
But is the declaration that that United States is part of the battle ground in the same vein? Is there an argument to be made that the United States is in fact part of the battle field if the so-called Global War on Terror is real?
Imagine Iran were to launch drone strikes against Miami Beach. Would Iran then be considered part of the battle field in the GWOT? Of course. All of Iran would then be a target in our Shock and Awe response.
So how is it different when we wage a drone war on Afghanistan, Pakistan, Yemen, Libya, and Iraq from the comfortable confines of Colorado and New York? Does the act of having legitimate combatants on the ground on U.S. soil killing supposed combatants in this war necessarily define their locations to be part of the battle field?
These drone control cubicles are basically on wheels. They can be put anywhere really. They can be shipped to your neighborhood, they can sit in your driveway. If the military were to do that, would that mean that your driveway is part of the battle field? Is it already? It would be if we had the same definitions applied to us that we have applied already to Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan, and Yemen.
You can't deny that.
Consider this: did the draft make endless wars more likely to happen or did it actually help to bring an end to that part of our foreign policy for awhile til the draft was no more?
The draft, while it was designed to help draw out the war, actually made everyone cannon fodder and thus it helped do the exact opposite. That's why we don't have one now. Let the under-funded public school system fail the poor and working classes so they will no better option than to serve in the military and let the privileged classes' children remain free from the bombs and the bullets. That is the policy now.
So what happens when the U.S. is declared part of the battle field? Does that bring the fraudulent GWOT home in such a way that it might help bring a faster resolution to all of this; ie: will calling Detroit part of the battle field help convince the people of Detroit to make their representatives call an end to it all?
It"s a good question and one to which I don't know the answer. But who could have foreseen the draft which was enacted to maintain the failed policy of Vietnam would actually bring about it's conclusion prior to Nixon and Kissenger's planned achievements in that area?
Lastly on this aspect of this chat, I want to point something out that will be a bit controversial (as if what I have already written isn't controversial enough)
What happens if the United States is declared part of the battle field in the GWOT and someone from within this government or governments past decides they want to stage another Operation Northwoods type event?
Think about that for a minute.
If every part of the U.S. is considered the battle field, then planning a terrorist act, even planning a fake terrorist act like the FBI and the NYPD Intelligence Division have done, would be an act of war not just a crime. It could actually be considered high treason couldn't it because on the surface, even a fake attack designed to be stopped, at some level must be considered a real threat to the target. And if the entire country is the battle field that means each and everything in it is part of the military GWOT ergo planning even a fake attack on a Jewish Synagogue is actually an attack in support of a foreign entity we are at war with. Therefore it's treason and an act of war.
On the flip side, military intelligence (let's face it, the Pentagon is run by former CIA chief Leon Panetta. That's bad) could fabricate terrorist plots just like the FBI did. Just like Bloomberg did. And in fact there are many many DoD contractors who would jump at the chance to help the military root out the evil "terrorist lefties" here in America. So that works both ways.
Wrap Up
So there you have it. A small glimpse at "the rest of the story"
In light of all of this, does it make more sense now that the Obama administration, the FBI and Leon Panetta are all on record wanting nothing to do with the language of this bill as it is written? Does this make it clearer to people why certain controlled opposition sites would purposefully inflate the dangers of the bill without going into detail about these other aspects of it?
All I can conclude after nearly a week of reading the bill and the various amendments, reading all the comments made by congressmen and public figures alike, reading and discussing it in detail with you readers here… all I can come away with is that it is just as convoluted as I claimed in my first article on the subject. Nothing about this bill is clearly defined and neither are the partisan and bi-partisan responses to it. Nothing is as it seems in this part of the bill and nothing is easy to forecast in terms of what it will or will not do.
As it stands the bill got through the senate with a bit of a fix, but not much of one.
It now goes to the House and then committee and probably back to the senate and we are sure to debate this again in the near future.
Understand this: every country that is neoliberalised is done so at the point of a gun. With no exceptions. Eventually the people come to understand what is happening to them (as we are starting to see more and more of in this country and other Western democracies around Europe) it is only the forcible rule of a totalitarian system that can keep the globalist policies in place.
WE.. WILL.. BE.. NO.. DIFFERENT
I have said this from the first day I started this blog 4 and a half years ago. It is the sole reason that I do this blog, that I expose the propaganda and the globalist creep that is infecting the world as we speak.
WE.. WILL.. BE.. NO.. DIFFERENT
This bill is a step. It is a step in one direction or another. The serious debate must come to focus on the entirety of the bill and not just one, over-inflated aspect of it, if the debate itself is to serve any other purpose that simply ramming more totalitarianism down our throats. The debate itself is important, let there be no mistake.
Thanks for your consideration of "the rest of the story".

Most Americans are too stupid to understand the implications of this or what it means as far as their rights. When Bush said he considered his second election into office a confirmation of his agenda he wasn't kidding. As usual, they are just getting around to formalizing it now that no one is paying attention. Americans are truly dumb. When Ashcroft said we will get back to that Constitution business after all this is done he was lying.

We need to turn up the Occupation and drive those rats out of Washington, along with their military Nazi partners. The soccer mom republic just got mean.

That CIA propagandist above "Scott Creighton", I'd like to pull the guillotine rope on him personally while reading an obnoxious statement on how we should "relax" and think of this and not focus on the beheading part.

This is not aimed at Albert Doyle's post above textually or personally.

I am not going to try to explain "Scott Creighton" or defend him. I posted it because it was a statement in the absence, almost literally, of any discussion about the issue or the legislation. One earlier article was entitled "Where is the outrage?". But anyone who has been paying attention for any length of time must see that our civil liberties have been stripped from us, that the American people (and especially any who are outspoken critics of its foreign and domestic policies) are fair game for the robotic or fleshy intimidators, assassins, or marginalization specialists, and that those performing critical tasks in perception management debunking are likely targets. No matter how anyone tries to cast, frame, perceive or explain what is going on now, this much is clear; the world is at war. Most of the conflict up to this moment is localized, on-the-ground, or in the form of carefully-clouded statements in the press or cyber-space. In America itself, it appears to be leading to a civil war certain people would like to actualize for various reasons. I have said elsewhere that everyone should be operating in real time, in cyber-space, with an IFF beanie that can be read from a distance and which clearly identifies orientation, rank, intent, etc. This will never happen, of course, for the small people in the cheap seats. It will only happen if you are in command of a surveillance tool that is omniscient; these belong to the state, the corporatocracy, not the individual(s).

But it is also clear that it is time, at a deep personal level, for everyone to conduct a thorough self-examination to understand what it is or who it is that they are, and what they stand for.

Can you say more? I read him as saying that the vagueness of language and who wanted what in the bill are part of the program -- including Obama's delicate, feline fingers.

Napolitano: Lone wolf terror threat growing

(AP)
PARIS - U.S. Homeland Security Director Janet Napolitano said Friday that the risk of "lone wolf" attackers, with no ties to known extremist networks or grand conspiracies, is on the rise as the global terrorist threat has shifted.Such risks, Napolitano said in an interview in Paris, heighten the need to keep dangerous travelers from reaching the United States, and she urged European partners to finalize a deal on sharing passenger data that has met resistance over privacy concerns.Napolitano acknowledged shifts in the terror threat this year, but said the changes had little to do with the uprisings that have overturned the old order in countries around the Arab world and opened up new opportunities for extremist groups.Asked about the greatest current threats to the United States, she said one from al Qaeda has morphed. "From a U.S. perspective, over the last several years we have had more attacks emanating from AQAP (al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula) than from core al Qaeda," she told The Associated Press."There's been a lot of evolution over the past three years," she said. "The thing that's most noticeable to me is the growth of the lone wolf," the single attacker who lives in the United States or elsewhere who is not part of a larger global conspiracy or network, she said. She named no examples, but it's a phenomenon that is increasingly the focus of international anti-terror operations.A former U.S. Army psychiatrist is the sole suspect in deadly shootings at Fort Hood, Texas, in 2009. In March, a Kosovo Albanian acting alone fatally shot two American airmen in Frankfurt, Germany. In April, a remote-control bomb exploded in a Marrakech cafe popular with tourists, killing 17 people, mostly foreigners an attack devised by a Moroccan who was inspired by al Qaeda and tried unsuccessfully for years to join the international terror network before returning to Morocco to devise an attack of his own.One threat that has remained constant, Napolitano stressed, is that of terrorists reaching U.S. territory. She said the agreement with the EU on sharing data on air passengers for flights from Europe to America is needed to "make sure these global networks and global systems that we all rely on remain safe."She stressed that such data aided high-profile U.S. terrorist investigations in recent years, including that into Najibullah Zazi, who admitted plotting to bomb New York subways, and David Headley, who was involved in the 2008 Mumbai, India, terrorist attack. The United States and European Union initialed a new agreement on Nov. 17 after a previous accord from 2007 had to be renegotiated because of changes in EU legislation, and amid criticism that it allowed U.S. authorities too much insight into the private data of EU citizens. The new deal sets clear limits to what data can be used by U.S. authorities and for how long, and allows passengers to obtain access to their records to correct and delete them. The accord must still be endorsed by the EU Council the heads of state, expected to sign off easily later this month and the European Parliament, where a small group of legislators remains opposed. The U.S. effort won support Friday from France's interior minister, who acknowledged that Europe gets spillover benefits from the tough U.S. line on terrorism. Claude Gueant said the U.S. made concessions to European concerns about privacy and agreed to share some data with Europe."I think this is accord is really a win-win," he told reporters after meeting with Napolitano and U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder.Napolitano and Holder were in Paris for a meeting with counterparts from the so-called G-6 countries: Britain, France, Germany, Italy, Poland and Spain.

The Military Occupation of America By The Bankster-Owned Traitors

by Saman Mohammadi via disquietreservations
"If Tyranny and Oppression come to this land, it will be in the guise of fighting a foreign enemy." - James Madison.

"Over grown military establishments are under any form of government inauspicious to liberty, and are to be regarded as particularly hostile to republican liberty." - George Washington.

"In the councils of government, we must guard against the acquisition of unwarranted influence, whether sought or unsought, by the military-industrial complex. The potential for the disastrous rise of misplaced power exists and will persist." - Dwight D. Eisenhower.
Don't say America wasn't warned.

As Alex Jones has said throughout the past decade on his heroic radio show, the military occupation of Iraq and Afghanistan was a test run for what's coming: the military occupation of America.

The drones, the battle-tested troops, the high-tech gadgets, the trigger-happy mercenaries, will all be used against the American people. Farms, houses, families, dreams, will all be destroyed. The ruling financial raiders will take no prisoners alive.

The banksters in Washington and London have pillaged America for a century and brainwashed its outstanding military to pillage and burn the rest of the world. Now the time has come to burn America down. They want America to be consumed by the fires of hell.

And the banksters plan on using the same military to burn down America that burned down Germany, Japan, Korea, Vietnam, Iraq, and many other nations that opposed the diseased and satanic Western banksters.

All those nations were sacrificed and conquered by the banksters on their hidden road to world government. In this decade, America has to be sacrificed for their kleptocratic world government to finally rise from the shadows of history.

The grand conspiracy to destroy America can no longer be dismissed and ridiculed as a conspiracy theory thought up by paranoid freaks. Time has proved the "conspiracy theorists" and "truthers" right.

The global psychopathic banksters and their political mercenaries in Washington are making it clear to all who can see that they want America to collapse and die. If they have their way the American people will be militarily occupied, fired upon by brainwashed thugs, illegally imprisoned, tortured, harassed at checkpoints, raided at gunpoint, humiliated, stripped of their freedom and dignity, and massacred.

On Thursday, December 1, the traitors in the Senate advanced the plot to destroy America by passing into law the controversial National Defense Authorization Act by a vote of 93-7. The Senate gave the U.S. military the dictatorial power to "to indefinitely detain an American citizen with no charge, no trial and no oversight whatsoever."

The passage of the NDAA bill and similar legislation shows that the treacherous Senate wants most of the troops to leave Iraq and Afghanistan so they can be used to occupy America as it goes into an engineered economic collapse.

So move over Iraqis and Afghans, Americans will now replace you as the most deadly insurgents and terrorists on the planet. Sounds crazy? Well, America and the world is being held hostage by criminal banksters on Wall Street and psychopathic state terrorists in Washington and Israel so anything can happen.

Remember Waco. Remember 9/11. Americans mean nothing to the globalist traitors in Washington. Another false flag terrorist attack in America is a given. The maniacs in charge of Washington will sacrifice and destroy the people of all lands and all cultures.

The illegal and illegitimate war on terror will be increasingly fought on American soil, where it originally began on September 11, 2001, when the shadow terrorists in the CIA and Mossad killed three thousand Americans in cold blood.

The shadow terrorists in the CIA and Mossad are not only waging war against Iraq, Afghanistan, Syria, Iran, and Pakistan, they are also waging war against America and Western freedom.

Speaking to Alex Jones on December 1, Stewart Rhodes, the founder of Oath Keepers, said:
"We need to be prepared for the very worst, and what that will mean is asymmetric warfare like our founding fathers in the southern campaign had to fight. Francis Marion, the swamp fox, the Overmountain Men who defeated the loyalists at Kings Mountain. All of that is an example of what will have to be done. And this country will be like Afghanistan. I'm not saying I'm trying to compare Americans to the Taliban or anything like that, but the point is you will see resistance like that. You will see that kind of hardcore resistance in the United States, but it is my hope and prayer that you can avoid doing that by having enough of the military and police simply side with what's right. Side with the Constitution. Side with the Bill of Rights. Side with the Declaration of Independence. And do what's right."
Rhodes added:
"If they're going to treat the American people like an occupied, conquered civilian population, like Iraq or Afghanistan, then the American people will treat them like occupiers."
No one can predict how future events will play out. But if the Vietnamese people and the Iraqi people can withstand the almighty capabilities of the American war machine and live to fight another day, then so can the American people.

The struggle for freedom from tyranny is not just an American struggle but a global struggle. People everywhere are under attack by totalitarian governments and the criminal banks and corporations that profit from them. As the language of the Senate NDAA legislation implies, the entire world is a battlefield. Freedom fighters are labeled terrorists and killed without due process.

We all need to reject the "global battlefield" idea, and assert our individual rights. The fire of Freedom in the Western world must not be allowed to be extinguished by the blowhards in government who invent enemies to scare the people and rob countries of their sacred honour.

It is our generation's honorable task to guard and preserve freedom. We have to be smart, brave, and resilient. We don't have all the answers, but we understand that blindly going down the road of global tyranny will be a betrayal of our values, our ancestors, and future generations of human beings.

The obstacles that we face are less tough than the obstacles that George Washington and the American freedom fighters faced in 1776. We "conspiracy theorists" may have allies in the press, government, and military who we don't know about, and who will speak up for freedom and justice when the time is right.

When will that time come? Sooner than we realize.

The military occupation of America will illustrate to everybody that America is an occupied colony of the criminal banksters, not an empire. Up until now, America has been mentally and financially occupied by the corporate mainstream press and Federal Reserve, but it won't be long before it is physically occupied by the hijacked military.

Occupation is what Martial Law and the perpetual State of Emergency is all about. The police and military have not been trained to defend the "homeland," but to rape and destroy America.

When the reality that America is occupied by criminal banksters and two-faced traitors is recognized by the majority of the American people and the world, the "terrorists," "conspiracy theorists," and "domestic extremists" will be seen for what they truly are: the righteous defenders of truth, freedom, justice, and the rule of law.

Whether or not truth, freedom justice and the rule of law will survive in the 21st century depends on what kind of men and women we are. Are we men and women who worship the Totalitarian State, or God? Are we men and women who hopelessly watch and don't speak up when our fellow human beings are premeditatedly murdered by government terrorists? Are we men and women who think it is funny and cool to ridicule people who have different thoughts about world events, history, and reality? Are we shallow suckers who think and act like sheep or are we something more?

I believe we are something more. Humanity is capable of greatness. I believe noble leaders in America and the West will rise to challenge the corruption of Western governments, banks, corporations, and the press. Ron Paul is an example of a noble leader. American history is filled with great leaders who appeared at the edge of a national crisis and answered the call.

President John F. Kennedy, the martyred knight of liberty, said in his "City Upon a Hill" speech:
"For of those to whom much is given, much is required. And when at some future date the high court of history sits in judgment on each one of us--recording whether in our brief span of service we fulfilled our responsibilities to the state--our success or failure, in whatever office we may hold, will be measured by the answers to four questions:

First, were we truly men of courage--with the courage to stand up to one's enemies--and the courage to stand up, when necessary, to one's associates--the courage to resist public pressure, as well as private greed?

Secondly, were we truly men of judgment--with perceptive judgment of the future as well as the past--of our own mistakes as well as the mistakes of others--with enough wisdom to know that we did not know, and enough candor to admit it?

Third, were we truly men of integrity--men who never ran out on either the principles in which they believed or the people who believed in them--men who believed in us--men whom neither financial gain nor political ambition could ever divert from the fulfillment of our sacred trust?

Finally, were we truly men of dedication--with an honor mortgaged to no single individual or group, and compromised by no private obligation or aim, but devoted solely to serving the public good and the national interest."
JFK's assassination proved that no one is safe in the United States from the brutality and viciousness of the banker hijacked U.S. government and the traitors who serve it.

The 9/11 attacks proved that the American people and people around the world are held hostage by the governments in Washington and Tel Aviv.

The mass murder of innocent individuals on 9/11 and 7/7 emphasized the reality that we are all marked for death by the criminal terrorists in power - even people inside the highest temples of modern civilization.

Both state terrorist attacks also symbolized that America and the West are already under occupation.

More and more videogames are being released that depict all out war in the streets of America and various other urban centers. In fact the soon to be released Rainbow Six: Patriots has a story that centers around "homegrown terrorists" where an international police force ("Rainbow", i.e. mercs) are called in to take down "domestic terrorists" in America.

A recent article in a high profile videogame magazine concerning the upcoming title contains the following:

"You've fought Nazi, Russian, North Korean, and Middle Eastern threats. Rainbow 6 Patriots asks, can you turn the weapon on you fellow countrymen?" - Game Informer

Can't get anymore damn obvious than that.

This game is designed to condition people to the idea of seeing foreign troops on US soil brought in to deal with the uppity serfs since the US military my not be terribly willing to play along with the demonic bankers' agenda.

I personally will be boycotting this game and I hope others do the same. The videogame industry, like Hollywood, has been undermined by political interests, and is now being used as a proxy in the war for the American peoples' "hearts and minds"; all in the hopes of conditioning us to accept the detrimental actions that have to be taken for the bankers to achieve their grand selfish goals.

I would love to see bloggers delve into this further, because I believe Rainbow Six: Patriots is probably the most telling sign of what the criminals hope to have in store for this country in the not to distant future.

**Avoid this game like the plague!**
