How Soros and his friends are forestalling popular uprisings by controlling them

From sources inside the non-governmental organization (NGO) community, WMR has been informed that George Soros's "themed revolution" operations are now on the streets in America. Hoping to steer and influence popular outrage over President Obama's and the GOP's bailout of Wall Street billionaires and the steady whittling away of government services, including Social Security, Medicare, and the Postal Service, the Soros-funded "democracy" operations are working hand-in-glove with the CIA-influenced National Endowment for Democracy (NED) and its Republican and Democratic subsidiaries, as well as Democratic Party political operatives. Also funding the "democracy" operations is the CIA-funded U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID).

The Soros operatives, well-experienced from similar operations in eastern Europe and the Arab world, are behind the scenes sponsoring and steering, for their own purposes, "day of rage"-style street demonstrations being carried out on Wall Street in New York City and a planned October 6 "Tahrir Square"-style demonstration planned for Freedom Square in downtown Washington, DC. Many of the groups taking part in the demonstrations are unaware of the Soros and CIA money, filtered through the NED and its affiliates, designed to influence the messages from the demonstrations.
In addition to the American "controlled" street demonstrations, which are being organized through social media like Facebook and Twitter, the Israeli "social revolution," which has seen hundreds of thousands of Jewish and Arab Israelis take to the streets in Tel Aviv, Haifa, Beersheba, and other cities, is also being infiltrated by Soros operatives, according to knowledgeable sources in Israel.
The "themed" social revolutions, hallmarks of Soros's Open Society Institute (OSI)/Open Society Foundation (OSF) "democracy engineering" activities in Ukraine, Moldova, Kyrgyzstan, Georgia, Belarus, Serbia, Iran, Lebanon, Tunisia, Egypt, Syria, and Libya, involve groups like Democratic pollster Stan Greenberg's "Democracy Corps," the firm Greenberg, Quinlan, and Rosner (GQR), and Greenberg, Carville, and Shrum (GCS), all linked to the NED-funded National Democratic Institute (NDI). NDI's Republican counterpart, the International Republican Institute (IRI), has also been instrumental in providing assistance to conservative opposition forces in Nicaragua, Venezuela, Bolivia, and other nations, as well as the Georgian government of Mikheil Saakashvili, in addition to Afghanistan, Belarus, Bolivia, Burma, Cambodia, China, Colombia, Cuba, Ecuador, Egypt, Guatemala, Honduras, Iraq, Jordan, Kenya, Kyrgyzstan, Laos, Lithuania, Malaysia, Mexico, Moldova, Mongolia, Nicaragua, Nigeria, North Korea, Oman, Pakistan, Peru, Russian Federation, Serbia, Somaliland, South Africa, South Sudan, Thailand, Timor-Leste, Tunisia, Turkey, Uganda, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, Venezuela, "West Bank and Gaza," and Zimbabwe. Manufactured elections, such as the GOP's alleged 2004 victory in Ohio on behalf of the Bush-Cheney ticket in 2004 has been, according to Republican whistleblower sources, implemented on behalf of Saakashvili in Georgia and Nicolas Sarkozy in France.

A purview of GQR's client list provides an important clue as to the far-reaching targets for Soros's and the NED's "democracy engineering" activities: Albania, Argentina, Australia, Austria, Bangladesh, Bolivia, Colombia, Czech Republic, Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Georgia, Germany, Haiti, Honduras, Hungary, Iraq, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Mexico, Moldova, Nepal, Pakistan, Peru, Romania, South Africa, Ukraine, and the United Kingdom. In addition to the aforementioned nations, the NDI is also involved with democracy and election engineering in Afghanistan, Algeria, Angola, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Burkina Faso, Burma (where Soros's OSI and other affiliates is heavily involved), Cambodia, China, Colombia, Cote d'Ivoire, Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Ecuador, Egypt, Guatemala, Guinea, Guyana, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Iran, Jamaica, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Kyrgyzstan, Kosovo, Kuwait, Lebanon, Liberia, Macedonia, Malaysia, Mali, Mauritania, Mexico, Montenegro, Morocco, Nicaragua, Niger, Nigeria, Oman, Pakistan, Paraguay, Philippines, Qatar, Russian Federation, Rwanda, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Tanzania, Thailand, Tunisia, Turkey, Uganda, United Arab Emirates, Venezuela, "West Bank and Gaza," and Yemen.
The NDI and IRI, respectively, advance the causes of "Third Way" pro-corporate neo-liberalism and pro-business neo-conservatism. Anathema to both are workers' rights and Marxist-Leninist/Communist and left-wing socialist movements. Both the NDI and IRI oppose anti-imperialist nationalistic parties opposed to U.S. and western hegemony, although there is strong evidence that they infiltrate such movements on the left and right on behalf of CIA and Soros interests.

An August 12 press release from GQR's Democracy Corps actually downgraded U.S. democracy in a manner similar to Standard & Poor's downgrading of the U.S. credit rating. The GQR release stated: "A new survey by Greenberg Quinlan Rosner Research for Democracy Corps reveals voters' growing anger with Washington. This survey fielded at a unique timejust as Standard and Poor's announced its credit rating downgrade. As a result, these results capture the immediate reactions of American votersand their initial backlash against Congressional Republicans in particular and Washington in general."
The Democracy Corps's advancement of the "Third Way" principles previously advanced by the now-defunct pro-corporate and anti-worker/anti-union Democratic Leadership Council (DLC), a favorite of Bill Clinton and Barack Obama, has now been taken up by a Soros-funded entity called the "Democracy Alliance" (DA). The Alliance's partners remain generally hidden but one of its primary promoters just so happens to be Jon Cowan, the President of the Third Way, which assumed the pro-corporate responsibilities of the DLC within the Democratic Party. Cowan writes on the DA website: "The DA is the only organization of its kind and has quickly grown to become a powerful force for change in progressive politics." Although the DA and other Soros-funded entities claim to counter the deep pockets of conservative groups financed by individuals like the Koch brothers, the pro-corporate DLC and its successors have received money from the Kochs and Soros, which exposes the "play one side against the other" tactics of the wealthy elite.

The power exerted by democracy "manipulators" linked to Soros is evident in the Donilon brothers. Mike Donilon, the counselor to Vice President Joe Biden, was a principal of the political consultancy firm of Shrum, Devine & Donilon from 2000 to 2006. Mike's brother, Tom Donilon, is President Obama's National Security Adviser. On Tom Donilon's staff is Samantha Power. Power heads up the National Security Council's Office of Multilateral Affairs and Human Rights where she coordinates U.S. support for the Libyan rebel Interim Transitional National Council through America's Operation Odyssey Dawn and NATO military operations. Power also used her position to coordinate U.S. support, including that from Soros-funded NGOs for the Jasmine Revolution in Tunisia, the Lotus Revolution in Egypt, and Syria's Facebook-linked "Day of Rage" rebellion.
After the democracy manipulators manage to bring about massive political and social disruption in targeted nations, one group that "comes to the rescue" is the Soros- and CIA-funded International Crisis Group (ICG). Currently, the ICG is working with western imperialist powers to divide up the spoils of civil war and ultimate conquest and occupation of Libya, Sudan, Pakistan, Somalia, Nigeria, North Korea, and Indonesia. The ICG is cementing into place the imperialist status quo occupations of Kosovo, Palestine, and Western Sahara. It is also seeking to have returned to Georgian control the breakaway nations of Abkhazia and South Ossetia. ICG and Soros and CIA operatives operate out of ICG offices in Abuja, Amman, Bishkek, Bogota, Cairo, Colombo, Dakar, Dushanbe, Islamabad, Jakarta, Kabul, Kathmandu, Nairobi, Port-au-Prince, Pristina, Seoul, and Tbilisi. On ICG's executive committee is Soros, Bill Clinton's deep-pocketed Canadian billionaire donor Frank Giustra; arch-neoconservative and Zionist war hawk Ken Adelman; the shadowy veteran of the Bush-Cheney administration Richard Armitage; Bank of Israel Governor Stanley Fischer; Israeli President Shimon Peres; Ukrainian-Jewish steel magnate Victor Pinchuk; and Democratic Party financial adviser Alan Blinken.

Power is married to Cass Sunstein, who, as President Obama's director of the White House Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs -- the "information czar" -- coordinates "cognitive infiltration" operations against anti-Obama, anti-U.S., and anti-globalization websites. WMR has been told by an informed insider that a number of the computer hacking operations ascribed to the hacker group "Anonymous" are actually being funded by Soros and coordinated through Sunstein's and Power's offices in the White House, particularly those operations directed against the Iranian government during the themed "Green Revolution" following the disputed 2009 presidential election, the government of Zimbabwe, which supports Qaddafi in Libya, the generally pro-Palestinian center-left government of Ireland, the Tunisian government of former President Zine el Abidine Ben Ali, the government of former Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak and his now-defunct National Democratic Party, the government of Libyan leader Muammar Qaddafi, the Spanish police (Spain also supports Palestine), and the governments of Turkey and Brazil (both supportive of Palestine and nuclear negotiations with Iran). The support of the U.S. Cyber Command, run by the National Security Agency (NSA), was coordinated by Power's boss, Tom Donilon, the National Security Adviser.
However, it was Anonymous attacks directed against HB Gary Federal, a company with links to the Republican Party's own computer disruption campaigns and "sock puppet" operations, in addition to the pro-Republican U.S. Chamber of Commerce, that helped blow the lid off the hacking and themed revolution activities of Soros, the Donilons, Power, and Sunstein, as well as the election engineering activities of Greenberg's organizations. Individuals with knowledge of the high-technology hacking and disinformation operations who are linked to the upper echelons of the Republican Party, revealed that a "proxy" cyber-war has now developed between the Obama White House on one side and the Republicans and their allies on the other. The influence of Soros and the White House in Israel's social revolution resulted in the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) and Israel's governing Likud coalition leaking Mossad intelligence on Soros's, Sunstein's, the Donilons', Power's, and Greenberg's operations to top Republican cyber-warfare operatives, including the fact that many of the attacks blamed on "Anonymous" are being carried out by the White House operatives in coordination with the CIA and NSA.
The global "democracy engineers" within the Democratic/Soros camp and the GOP are concerned that the surrent wave of popular discontent with unbridled capitalism will swamp the interests of the oligarchs and elites. Therefore, the CIA, along with the political operartives of the NED, NDI, IRI, USAID, CIA, White House, and the Council on Foreign Relations have decided to adopt an infiltration and "divide and conquer" strategy to tamp down the forces for social action and steer the street forces into compliance and a relative docile stance.

"Thank you Wayne for this here. Brilliant summary of a complex man with astoundingly compl.ex powers and global destruction history - I have tracked this man for 2 decades now.


You omitted two small countries from his list of destruction - Slovenia and Croatia. The Soros social engineering caused their secession from Yugoslavia in 1991 which was what caused the Balkans Armageddon of the '90s, orchestrated global-elite driven genocide and disintegration of Yugoslavia in the first place....Soros planned and executed the first pre-war psyops mindfucks, funded the agitprop, executed the first blows which led to war, engineered it all and got the war started (with a little help from CIA, Knights of Malta and all other Rothschild agents at large).


But the Soros list is never complete without especially mentioning his work in Croatia in 1990/1991 leading to the meltdown of the Balkans - Serbia was almost collateral damage along the way and later a primary target but the crucial meltdown of Yugoslavia revolved around the first events set into motion Soros launched prior to May of 1991 in Croatia. And then came the cascading effect of Bosnian war, Kosovo, etc....


I study Soros and the more I learn, the more I understand that I will never understand the enormous monstrosity of this man....great job summarizing him, Wayne.

Elites Pushing Class Warfare is Just Another False Paradigm

Why is it when the rich super class speaks about class warfare, the downtrodden applaud? When billionaire Warren Buffett said, "There's class warfare all right, but it's my class, the rich class, that's making war, and we're winning," the struggling middle class treated him like one of them, as if he's on their side.

More recently, billionaire investor George Soros warned of a coming class war in the U.S. as reported by the Daily Beast, where he proudly points out that his prediction of riots in the streets has already begun.

With the Occupy movement's beginnings having ties to funding by Soros, many believe him to be stoking this so-called class warfare. Although Soros denies directly funding the movement's beginnings, his vast philanthropic contributions have far-reaching tentacles into many revolutions around the globe.

Even if we are to naively take Soros' word that he was not involved in spurring these global revolutions, despite the evidence to the contrary, he clearly promotes the idea of class warfare with the political left cheering him as a crusader for good.

Conveniently, the Occupy movement has adopted the catchy but brainless "us versus the 1%" mantra as the rallying call for everyone in the 99% to blame their problems on the so-called rich 1%. It sounds a lot like stoking class warfare to me.

However, in order to instigate warfare there must be a crisis to cause enough pain to force people to arms, and the sides of good and evil must be defined. Soros does just that in the Daily Beast article where he says people "have reason to be frustrated and angry" at the cost of bailing out the financial system, and that "the world faces one of the most dangerous periods of modern historya period of evil."

Of course, those statements are hard to argue with and calling the ruling class "evil" will resonate with the masses. But again, Soros is clearly in the ruling class 1%, so why would he, like Buffett, pretend they're outsiders while stoking hatred toward themselves?

It seems they are using the crisis and class warfare paradigm to move the masses to support what the global elite have been striving for all along: less competition and more consolidation of power. "In the crisis period, the impossible becomes possible." And by impossible he explains the Occupy movement has "put on the agenda issues that the institutional left has failed to put on the agenda for a quarter of a century."

To further explain the nature of unintended "evil" in the financial markets, Soros is quoted as saying in the same Daily Beast article "Unrestrained competition can drive people into actions that they would otherwise regret."

To many people, this echoes John D. Rockefeller's infamous quote "Competition is a sin."

Rockefeller ran the monopoly oil company Standard Oil, which still exists to this day but goes by different names:

• Standard Oil of New Jersey became Esso, later to be renamed Exxon which became a key part of ExxonMobil, currently the most profitable company in the world -- earning 30 billion, 460 million dollars.
  
• Standard Oil of California became Chevron currently the third most profitable company in the world at 19 billion, 24 million dollars per year.
  
• Continental Oil Company became Conoco, now a part of ConocoPhillips currently the sixteenth most profitable company in the world at 11 billion, 358 million dollars.
  
• BP Amoco is a conglomerate of several Standard Oil splinter companies. Yahoo Finance currently lists BP Amoco's gross profit at 16 billion, 28 million dollars.
  
• Therefore, four out of the six "supermajors" in the oil industry are direct Rockefeller spinoffs BP, Chevron, ExxonMobil and ConocoPhillips. (Source)
  

Competition has been replaced by the appearance of competition. And this includes the apparent differences between Soros and Buffett on the left versus the Koch brothers on the right. Those stuck in the left-right paradigm love to hate them, while they all seek to eliminate genuine competition hidden behind their respective brands of ideology.

Additionally, Soros promotes a single European Treasury with the authority to impose and collect taxes from all member nations as the solution to the Eurozone crisis. In America, he agrees with Buffett that the rich should pay more in taxes to strengthen the institution of government, as if it hasn't given enough power to itself despite its failings.

Furthermore, the notion that taxing the "rich" will solve any of America's or Europe's financial problems may be the biggest false paradigm of all. America officially has a national debt of around $15 Trillion with another $26 Trillion in financial bailout costs and double that amount in upcoming liabilities. There is literally not enough wealth in the world to fix that problem.

What's more, the real elite will never have to pay taxes as they move their money globally and play on loopholes within the borders. Anyone remember General Electric paying no taxes on $14.2 billion in profits; in fact they got a $3.2 billion tax credit from Americans? Need I say more about the silliness of this ever working in the current political environment?

So what does Soros say will be the next immediate battle of this rising class war?

"As anger rises, riots on the streets of American cities are inevitable. 'Yes, yes, yes,' he (Soros) says, almost gleefully. The response to the unrest could be more damaging than the violence itself.

It will be an excuse for cracking down and using strong-arm tactics to maintain law and order, which, carried to an extreme, could bring about a repressive political system, a society where individual liberty is much more constrained, which would be a break with the tradition of the United States."

As he says "gleefully." Still want class warfare?

How about supporting the opposite: decentralization, competition, supporting local commerce, local governance, and local self-sufficiency?
