Can anyone tell me why you get a non-access message when trying to view the Education Forum? That site is kind of weird in its gratuitous restrictiveness.

This has been coming and going the last two days...If you wait ten minutes it goes away but then returns...most odd...They used to go through a bandwith usage problem every so often that lasted a few days, but this is something different...No clue but I have noticed it a lot of late.

I just clicked on it and got a message that it has been moved to a different server. With no way of knowing how to get to it...MOst odd...wonder what is going on over there.

For the last four days they have been intermittently out of action.
Then today, it says they have gone to a new server.
But there is no link to it.
