The manner with which so many people here on the DPF were forced out was equally troubling.

For the avoidance of doubt, I was not "forced out" of the The Swamp.

I chose to leave, in abject disgust, at the biased moderation and the refusal of site owner Simkin to pay even the slightest attention to the suppression of truth being perpetrated on his forum.

The Military Censor's actions are entirely consistent with the traditional nature of the role: using all means possible to prevent inconvenient truths from becoming known, including the character assassination of anyone considered hostile to the secrets he is sworn to preserve.

I didn't. I was placed on permanent moderation by Evan who arbitrarily decided my photo, uploaded by Simkin himself, with out complaint, was unacceptable in his eyes. The fact that I was associated with this group of people calling out the gross bias in the exercise of moderation of the forum had nothing to do with it, oh, no siree. While the fact was never acknowledged that at least a dozen others were indistinguishable in their photos, including the above mentioned RCD, and still are indistinguishable today, while many did not even have photos. But they were not challenging the bull shit going on there and the double standards continue today. My new full face culturally appropriate (mine) photo was not accepted by the EF fashion police (Evan). Nor were my emails to Simkin ever responded to though he thoughtfully sent me one on how to use social media for his forum that I could no longer post on 2 years after my last post. So clearly he has my email address.

Nevertheless, I am enjoying the dry land and sunshine and company.

This "apology" is tantamount to John Wilkes Booth apologizing for interrupting the play ... or Charlie Manson apologizing for dragging blood over Sharon Tate's new white carpets ... or Adolph Hitler apologizing for being too aggressive in his efforts to create weight-loss programs for the morbidly obese of Eastern Europe.

Burton, the quintessential liar, attempts to justify his umbrage and its semi-literate, punk manifestation by ... wait for it ... telling more lies.

Best of all, he refuses to apologize to the ostensibly injured party (of course, since I do not suffer the judgments of fools or liars ... ).

Then we have this from the sage Robert Charles-Dunne:
