I fixed the emoticons and smilies. Some old familiar ones as well as some new. Let me know if I haven't got your favorite one here and I will look for it.

Thanks. We have the best collection I've ever seen on the internet forums! Seems like a very odd thing for the hackers to attack! :Confusedhock::

Joe McBride was at this event.

Very interesting, since CBS and NBC wanted to be there. But the sponsors turned them down.

There were some interesting questions after her talk. I hope CNN shows them.

CLint Hill was there with his court reporter McCubbin.

Pure jealousy on their part :Confusedoldier:: but it may have been the forum upgrade too that moved them some where but all the other graphics look fine.

Is there any more info on this?

You can't miss the Oswald-like smirk on Ruth Paine's face. It's a dead give-away and not a coincidence since they both worked for the same outfit at the same project.

Ruth Paine's September 13, 2013, appearance was sponsored by the Sonoma (California) Valley
Historical Society and took place at the Sonoma Valley
Woman's Club, in a small meeting house. About 100 people attended, including
Clint Hill and Lisa McCubbin. I asked Hill what brought
him there, and he said he wanted to hear what Mrs. Paine
had to say. He was not introduced to the crowd. Mrs. Paine gave a talk
entitled "The JFK Assassination: My Window on the Oswalds" and responded
to questions that the organizers required to be put to her in
writing.

A C-SPAN videographer was there recording the fifty-four-minute event. Asked when
the event will be on the network, she said, "They never
tell us these things." CBS, NBC, and ABC wanted to cover
it as well but were denied, one of the organizers told me. Mrs. Paine's talk covered territory
that will be familiar to those who have read her lengthy
Warren Commission testimony and Thomas Mallon's book MRS. PAINE'S GARAGE:
AND THE MURDER OF JOHN F. KENNEDY (copies of which she signed
afterward), but some of the nuances of her answers to questions will be of interest
to scholars when the event is played on C-SPAN.

One would imagine they'll broadcast it on or very near the 50th. My sister also went to Antioch about the same time, and is amazed that she must have passed her on campus. There is a police report of Oswald being in Yellow Springs OH [where Antioch is].

Also see HERE about 'ol Ruthie.

And here, as well.

Jim DiEugenio mentioned on Black op Radio show that an interview with Ms. Ruth Paine would be carried by CSPAN.
I looked for this on line as well as watching CSPAN on the day in question.
I went to find the CSPAN interview.
The long and short of this is that I never did find the video of the Paine interview.
I'll look again but I wonder if the thing was dumped down the memory hole.

nor to find talk and discourse;
but to weigh and consider.
