DEEP politics, Pfisterers, Stripling and 11/23/63
#1
As one reads the FBI's report of Dec 9th 1964 one is struck by the mass of detail pertaining to the accused assassin's Elementary, Junior and Senior High School Years...

Were ALL assassins treated to this same level of in-depth concern over where they worked, lived and went to school 5 and 10 YEARS prior?

Do we know where James Earl Ray went to Elementary School, where he worked when he was 15-17 years old, this is what the FBI tells us:

James Earl Ray, born 1928 , raised under difficult circumstances. His parents were poor,
uneducated and generally resided in areas surrounded by
criminal activity. Ray did not achieve a high school
education, nor did he attend any vocational institution

Whereas the FBI felt it VITAL to have LHO's history, regardless of whether it would have a bearing on solving the case... while ignoring virtually every other type of lead available

B. After Assassination of President Kennedy
Early Years
1. Elementary School Period
2. Junior High School Period
a. Psychiatric Analysis in New York
b. Return to New Orleans
3. High School Period

On NOV 23, 1963 - SATURDAY MORNING - FBI agents showed up at Pfisterers in New Orleans... and at Stripling Jr High in Ft Worth.

At Pfisterers they interviewed a number of employees about OSWALD and when he worked at Pfisterers. (1955? 56? 57? 58?)

With all the activity surrounding NOLA within the 12 months prior to the assassination, the FBI's FOCUS that weekend was
Where did the accused killer work when he was 16 ?

If Oswald attended STRIPLING JR HIGH in Ft Worth in the FALL of 1954... he could not also attend Beauregard Junior High School in NOLA at the same time.
Frank Kudlaty, asst principal SJHS, tells us he gave a very strange file on OSWALD to the FBI that day.... it only had 7-11 weeks of info, no transcripts from Ridglea (elementary school) and no notes as to where the records went next as is standard.... the FBI's focus was to attain the school records of one LEE HARVEY OSWALD from a school he could not have attended.... within 48 hours of the killing.

1) Unless Hoover is aware of the detailed history of both LEE and HARVEY - how does he know to send agents to secure ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS and take statements and
2) Why are these records and these years so VITAL TO THE FBI within this 48 hour period as they try to solve the crime?

One may suggest that knowledge of H&L (and the program that created them) at the highest levels of Intelligence, and that the CIA/FBI/etc were capable of creating such a hybrid "spy", was VITAL FOR THE FBI TO CONCEAL, especially if this "spy" (HARVEY) was actually operating as an asset of the FBI against Communism.

HOOVER would not be embarassed while the CIA/ONI/MI pushed and pulled the levers... that Hoover almost believed Mexico City was one of his greatest embarassments...

If LEE was involved with Ruby, Shaw, Ferrie, etc... in setting HARVEY up... it simply could NEVER be known...
============

As I carefully study the evidence found and presented by JA in his book, his CD and the over 2100 file boxes at Baylor... I come to realize that little if anything related to LHO's history - as told by the FBI - is authentic... in fact it is as inauthentic as CE399, the autopsy report and the medical evidence....

The DEEPEST of politics is discovering which stick hovered over the heads of key players to keep them in check... if the CIA, FBI and ONI are collaborating on H&L programs... much like the attempts on Castro... the information could NEVER see the light of day and may be the white elephant that explains so much of the FBI's activities.

H&L must be seen in the same context as our understanding of the conspiracy... a FACT. Once this is understood, the "evidence" finally offers some understanding of the breadth of the conspiracy and the reasons behind it.

Why are the 5 and 10 year old school records of the accused assassin necessary to retrieve the day following the assassination...

and how does HOOVER know they MUST be taken, in the original... never to be seen in original form again... so quickly ??

The timing here is stunning!

The WCR informs us that on November 22 at "11:26 p.m. Fritz signed the complaint charging Oswald with the murder of President Kennedy." That's 12:26 AM Nov. 23 Eastern (DC) time. During the wee hours of the morning, Hoover and the FBI apparently managed to identify many of the areas of conflict that would expose the identities of the two young boys merged into Lee Harvey Oswald and, if that wasn't enough, make arrangements to have agents on site to confiscate records by 9 am that very morning.

As David suggests, the uncommonly fast FBI analysis and response begs the question of whether Hoover already had detailed knowledge of the two Oswalds. He surely did, and may have learned this not long after June 3, 1960. If you're not already familiar with the document below, be sure to read the last full paragraph.

I found a full length version of the 1957 photo of LEE in Corregidor in the Phillipines... According to CE1961 he arrived in the Phillipines 11/20/57 and stayed thru March '58, which means that the photograph and shadow on his nose and the ground is about the same time of year as the BYP was supposedly taken. I aligned and sized the right foot as they are amazingly similar...

A few things to note:
- The shadow on the ground goes off in virtually the same direction yet is slightly shorter than the BYP shadow which may mean it was slightly higher in the sky. Dallas is a bit further NORTH than Corregidor
(14.3856° N, 120.5731°E (Corr) versus 32.7758° N, 96.7967° W (Dallas)) yet notice the nose shadow and how different they are while the body shadows are so similar

- The size of HARVEY's head at the same height and distance, on the thinner body, is MUCH LARGER than it should be

- In late 1957 thru March 1958 HARVEY was working at Pfisterer's Dental with Palmer McBride and attends the NOAAA at William Gehrke's house with William Wulf and McBride and lives with his caretaker, MO, at the SENATOR HOTEL in NOLA just across the street from Pfisterer's.

tell us where he was in March, April, May, June & July 1957.

http://www.aarclibrary.org/publib/jfk/wc..._0415a.htm
FELDE tells us OSWALD is with him and not in the same places

FELDE spent every day, in the same platoon in San Diego from Oct 56 thru Sept 57....
The report below is the only evidence related to FELDE and HARVEY - and is to be found as CE1962

LEE, on the other hand, DOES follow CE1961. FELDE says he and HARVEY are in SAN DIEGO and then Camp Pendleton until MAY 1957
LEE's record has him in JAcksonville FL starting March 18th 1957

In MAY 1957 FELDE/OSWALD and others are sent to Jacksonville FL and arrive THE DAY AFTER LEE leaves for Biloxi MI.
In JULYU 1957 LEE is back at El Toro while FELDE/OSWALD are sent to Tennessee.... there is no listing of TN on the official timeline

Finally, FELDE is with HARVEY thru SEPT 1957, while LEE is en route from CA to Japan starting in AUG 1957.

When FELDE leaves in SEPT 57... HARVEY appears to have been returned to NOLA, to Dauphine Street where the SENATOR HOTEL and PFISTERER's are both located.

Palmer and the NOLA Astronomy club are very excited about the recent SPUTNIK launch (OCT 4, 1957) and discuss such with HARVEY...
HARVEY is not returned to Japan/Taiwan/Iwakuni until AUG 1958 and is in TAIWAN while LEE is treated for STD in Japan

Hoover sending agents to Pfisterer's on Saturday the 23rd starts to make sense if he knows HARVEY was indeed returned to the states (in and out of the USMC "ONI" as need be yet none of the HARVEY friends are ever presented as witnesses to OSWALD's life due to the conflict with LEE) while LEE remained in Japan...

What's amazing is that the conflict exists within the same WCR Exhibit

Indeed, there was a phenomenal official interest in Oswald's youth, and yet quite a bit of still doesn't add up.

As I am doing quite a bit of work on H&L and the different reasons/evidence that continues to be "realized" I'd like to add this...

The LETTERS written by HARVEY in the Russian language all appear perfect... no spelling errors, correct grammar, etc...

Whereas the letters written in ENGLISH to his "mother" are chock filled with errors... and the same ones over and over...

double "L's" are virtually consistent in words like "allready"... misspellings for "recieve" without a first "e"...

Food for thought... LEE seems to have written in CAPITAL BLOCK LETTERS while
Harvey wrote in script...

Starting with the Volume 16.. CE1 one can find most of this correspondance

I'm not clear what you are saying Marlene....
-----------------

Moving on to these Letters

Oswald travels the world with a duffel bag and a few suitcases yet is supposedly in possession of records from years gone by that tell a variety of stories about his earlier years...

YET HE DOES NOT HAVE ONE LETTER FROM ROBERT OR EITHER MARGUERITE'S.... (unless I've missed where they all are offered) and we have numerous letters FROM him thanking Robert/MO for their letters, what they sent, etc....

Here first are letters in the WCH&E FROM LHO to Robert and Marguerite.... Below that are all items TO LEE in the WCH&E...
(Note: Something to notice in the letters TO ROBERT - especially the Nov 1959 letters where HARVEY explains how he will NEVER return to the USA, that he always felt the USSR was his home, that he would KILL anyone defending America) - a bit down the line this HARDLINE has softened considerably as he works very hard to get he and his wife and child BACK to the USA....

There are also the letters LEE sent to his real mother and the letters from her to him... at addresses and at jobs during times when we KNOW where the short fat MO is living and (not) working.

Cheers
DJ

Now I have to thank you for this (a source would be appreciated) as it further shows how the TWO RECORDS were combined into one...

HARVEY here does not say anything about BILOXI until the very end and provides no dates. Allen FELDE who was with HARVEY during this time (CE1961, 1962 has the USMC recap followed by FELDE telling us where he was... which matches the letter below... they did NOT go to Biloxi together...) LEE was in Biloxi...
LEE is in Japan in late '57 while HARVEY is in NOLA at Pfisterer's and living at 210 Dauphine (Senator Hotel) with short fat MO.
